Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | PREWORKOUT: Started the morning off with 4 caps RA and 32oz of water. Followed 20min later with SWPI shake in 8oz water. WORKOUT: Chest. My son woke me up twice during the night. Coming off of sciatic episode, so I have not worked out in almost a week, including no supplements and lousy diet. Energy was gradual enough that I am not sure when it kicked in. Since this is the first morning in a week that I got up early, I will give RA the benefit as I felt pretty good. After two warm-up sets, I hit the flat press for 3X10. Muscle energy and intensity were great. Followed with incline bench\flyes superset 3X10, decline bench\flyes superset 3X10 and ending with a 20 rep flat press. Ended with 20min on the treadmill, abs, and calve raises. Slight light-headedness about 10min into the treadmill, but nothing major. Some minor cramping in calves, feet and abs. Drank 320z of Gatorade during my workout. POST WORKOUT: 1 serving SWPI in 8oz water immediatly post wo. 32oz of water post wo. Oatmeal approx. 30min post wo. RESULTS: Muscle energy was good from the start. Mental energy still pretty good, with light-headedness continuing post-wo (this is notrmal for me on the first day, usually dropping off the next. Cramping has subsided. Sweating was average. I am still fat (just kidding).

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Took second dosage of 4 Red Acid caps with 32oz of water 30min before lunch. Results: "Excessive" energy from morning dosage lasted until about 11 (five and a half hours from original dosage). Did not notice any light-headedness\jitters from second dosage, though slight sweat\increase in body temp did seem to occur about an hour following afternoon dose. No decrease in appetite, as lunch went down just fine. Energy and alertness\focus seems up. The biggest thing that I have noticed is the drastic increase in urination. As I notmally drink 3 gallons of water daily, going every 45min to an hour is normal. But with Red Acid, I am going almost every 20min. This was a consideration when deciding to not use creatine with this product - just didn't expect it to hit the bladder this hard. So far, everything feels great.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | PREWORKOUT: Started the morning off with 4 caps RA and 32oz of water. Followed 20min later with SWPI shake in 8oz water. WORKOUT: Back. My son woke me up at 3:30 and kept me up till 4:30. I drank 32oz at this time as I felt a little dehydrated. I was concerned that this water plus the 32oz with the Red Acid would keep me running to the bathroom during my workout - I was pleasantly suprised it did not. Energy was gradual enough that I am not sure when it kicked in, but it was very good once in gear. Started with 4 sets of rack chins. Muscle energy, intensity and focus were all great. Followed with t-bar rows, pulldowns to front, bent-over rows, pulldowns to back and pullovers, all for 3X10. Ended with 20min on the treadmill, abs, and calve raises. Slight light-headedness during very intense moments, but again nothing major. Some minor cramping in legs and abs. Drank 320z of Gatorade during my workout but may need to add more. POST WORKOUT: 1 serving SWPI in 8oz water immediatly post wo. 32oz of water post wo. Oatmeal approx. 30min post wo. RESULTS: Mental and Muscle energy were good from the start. Mild light-headedness did not continuing post-wo, but was noticable during. Cramping has subsided. Sweating has picked up. I did notice a different look to my pumps during my wo which was unexpected. No jitters. About 1-2 hours after taking yesterday's afternoon dosage, a very light sweat broke out, lasting several hours. No appetite suppresion, in fact I felt hungrier. No problems sleeping last night. I will wait until Monday to discuss any visual changes, unless they are drastic (sudden six-pack) so as not to skew.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Took second dosage of 4 Red Acid caps with 32oz of water 30min before lunch. Results: Did not notice when the "Excessive" energy from morning dosage quit, if it ever really did. I constantly feel energized and focused. Afternoon 'hot flashes' kicked in about 30-45min after taking second dose. Maybe CL can market it to woman so they can practice for menapause. No decrease in appetite, but no serious cravings. Urination has dropped back a little closer to normal. Have lost the pump from my workout, and muscles seem a little sorer than normal, but nothing crippling. This is actually the feeling I expected from the White Blood\Blue Rhino\Green Bulge stack. So far, I am liking it...

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | PREWORKOUT: Started the morning off with 4 caps RA and 32oz of water. Followed 20min later with SWPI shake in 8oz water. WORKOUT: Shoulders & Legs. My son woke me up at 4:00 and I staid up until 5:30. I woke up hungry and drank 32oz of water. I am pleasantly suprised that RA does not keep me out of bed and in the bathroom at night. Energy was good this morning, focus okay, but workout was sub par. Since I am only working out four times this week, I mixed things up - probably big mistake. Started with 4 sets of seated military presses. Followed with rear delt rows and seated presses behind neck, then finished with bbell shrugs, all for 4X10. Did 4X10 on curls and extensions for legs. Ended with 20min on the treadmill, abs, and calve raises. No light-headedness at all, but nausea all morning. Drank 320z of Gatorade and another 32oz of water during my workout. Stiffness\tightness in legs but no cramping. POST WORKOUT: 1 serving SWPI in 8oz water immediatly post wo. 32oz of water post wo. Oatmeal approx. 30min post wo. RESULTS: Mental and Muscle energy were good from the start, but focus was a little off. No light-headedness during or post-wo. Cramping has subsided. Sweating was good. Pumps have continued. Light sweat broke out following yesterday afternoon's dose, but not as prevelant as prior. No appetite suppresion or cravings. About 4 hours after dose, I began to feel a little tired, almost like a slight 'crash'.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Took second dosage of 4 Red Acid caps with 32oz of water 30min before lunch. Results:Morning energy and focus have lasted really well. I constantly feel energized and focused, though maybe a little less today vs. the past couple of days. No noticable hot flashes from afternoon dose, but I have been laying around most of the day. Core temp seems to really rise the more active that I am. Nuasea from this morning has subsided. Lunch was a Marie Chalander's Turkey pot pie, which is a ridiculous amount of calories, carbs and fat (trying to refeed and help with the soreness - probably too much of a needed thing). I was asleep 15min after eating and have had no appetite or energy ever since. Urination has dropped back to normal. Have lost the pump from morning workout, and muscles still seem a little sorer than normal.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Happy Veteran's Day! PREWORKOUT: Started the morning off with 4 caps RA and 32oz of water. Followed 20min later with SWPI shake in 8oz water. WORKOUT: Bis & Tris. My son woke me up again at 2:30 and I was up pretty much until 5:30. I woke up hungry and drank the usual 32oz of water. Energy was going to be a major concern this morning, but energy and focus were okay, and workout was better than yesterday. Started with 3X10s of bbcurls, followed with seated curls, hammer curls and iso curls. Did 3X10 on seated sculls crushers, straight bar press downs, reverse grip bench and rope extensions, all 3x10. Ended with front and reverse wrist curls. Treadmill was cut short (10min) because of pain in shin, but got in full abs and calve raises. Some light-headedness, but no nausea this morning. Drank 320z of Gatorade and another 32oz of water during my workout. Stiffness\tightness in legs, elbows and wrists, as well as innercostals (weird), but no cramping. POST WORKOUT: 1 serving SWPI in 8oz water immediatly post wo. 32oz of water post wo. Oatmeal approx. 30min post wo. RESULTS: Mental and Muscle energy were suprisingly good from the start, and focus was better. Minor light-headedness during but not post-wo. Cramping has subsided. Sweating was good. Pumps have continued. Note to self: Avoid pot pies for lunch...

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Took second dosage of 2 Red Acid caps with 32oz of water 30min before midmorning shake and an apple. Results: Morning energy only lasted until about 2.5hrs after morning dose, but focus lasted really well. No noticable hot flashes from midmorning dose, but I have been out mowing the yard. Lunch was two pieces of hot italian sausage, spinach and brown rice. Everything seems to be going pretty normal. Will take next dosage around 2:30.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Took third dose of 2 Red Acid caps with 32oz of water 30min before afternoon shake, carrots and grapes. Results: I am not feeling this dose at all. In fact, I am ready for a nap - no energy or focus. Muscle's are feeling sore in odd places, mostly at the ends of the muscles and not the bellies, which is very different for me. I am wondering if some creatine mono will help... I am staying hydrated and there is no cramping. Depending on weekend plans, I will do either a 4 and 4 dose or split it between 4 doses.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | On Sunday I took 3 caps before breakfast, 3 before lunch and 2 mid afternoon which seemed to work okay. I got behind on my fluid intake which probably lead to bladder issue during the night. I did get extremely tired around 6-7pm last night (could not be attributed to the day's activities, as it was minimal). Carb loaded on Sunday as well. PREWORKOUT: Started the morning off with 4 caps RA and 32oz of water. Followed 20min later with SWPI shake in 8oz water. WORKOUT: Chest. My bladder woke me up about every hour during the night. Energy was pretty good this morning, all things considered. After two warm-up sets, I hit the incline press for 3X10, adding db supersets. Intensity was good, but muscle energy was a little off. Followed with flat bench\flyes superset 3X10, decline bench\flyes superset 3X10 and ending with a 20 rep incline press. I added 5-10lbs on all presses. Finished with 20min on the treadmill, abs, and calve raises. Some minor stiffness in legs. Drank 320z of Gatorade and 32oz water during my workout. POST WORKOUT: 1 serving SWPI in 8oz water immediatly post wo. 32oz of water post wo. Oatmeal approx. 30min post wo. RESULTS: Everything was just slightly above normal - sweating, energy, intensity and focus. One thing that I have noticed since starting RA is an increase in libido (wanted to make sure it was RA before reporting). Pumps seem to be continuing as well. I weighed in at 263lb this morning, with an increase in intra-muscle definition, an increase in vascularity and some visible reduction of body fat around abdominal region.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Due to schedule, I drank my last glass of water at 4pm yesterday, and ate my last meal at 5:30. I did drink 32oz this morning at 2:30, slept in until 6:30am, and then followed my usual protocal. PREWORKOUT: Started the morning off with 4 caps RA and 32oz of water. Followed 20min later with SWPI shake in 8oz water. WORKOUT:Tris and Bis. Muscle energy was pretty good this morning, and mental energy and focus were up a bit from yesterday. After two warm-up sets, I hit the seated scull crushers, straight bar extension, reverse grip bench and rope pushdowns, all 3X10 and on all I added 5lbs. Bis started with bb curls, then seated curls, hammer curls, iso curls and finally reverse grip bb curls, all 3X10 and all up 5lbs. Finished with 15min on the treadmill. Some minor stiffness still in quads. Drank 320z of Gatorade and 32oz water during my workout. POST WORKOUT: 1 serving SWPI in 8oz water immediatly post wo. 32oz of water post wo. Oatmeal approx. 30min post wo. Feeling a little bloated from the oatmeal. RESULTS: All in all, everything was pretty good. Effects on strength, libido and pumps are very nice from a stim\thermo. Still not a lot of noticavle effects from the afternoon dose, but that is not uncommon for me with stims.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | First, sorry to CL for missing the last couple of days. I will try and summarize Thursday and Friday. Thursday I had an early morning trip to the airport, and so I popped 3 caps at 5:00am with 32oz of water, but did not eat breakfast until 8:00am. Took 3 more caps around 10:30 and the last two caps around 1:30. I did not workout. Nothing major to report other than afternoon dose is not giving me a whole lot of energy. This may be a carb and EFA issue... Friday, I was up at 3:30am with son and took 4 caps at 4:00am before my workout. Followed ususal pre-wo protocal. PREWORKOUT: Started the morning off with 4 caps RA and 32oz of water. Followed 20min later with SWPI shake in 8oz water. WORKOUT:Shoulders and legs. Muscle energy was pretty good this morning, but mental energy and focus were off a bit from lack of sleep and new schedule. After two warm-up sets, I hit the seated military press behind the neck, bent overs for rears, and shrugs, all for3X10 and I added 5lbs on all. Ended shoulders with a 20rep seated military press. Legs were curls and then extensions, all 4X10 and all up 5lbs. Finished with 20min on the treadmill. Would have tried sldls, but focus was off and did not want to risk injuring back. Drank 320z of Gatorade and 32oz water during my workout. POST WORKOUT: 1 serving SWPI in 8oz water immediatly post wo. 32oz of water post wo. Oatmeal approx. 30min post wo. RESULTS: All in all, everything was pretty good. RA really helping with workouts, but dragging in the afternoon. Diet stills seems to be key, even with stim and fat burner. Saturday I took 4 caps at 5:30am, 30min before breakfast. Because of a training meeting, I had a bagel around 11:00, but did not eat again until 3:00. Took 4 caps of RA at 2:30. It is 5:00pm and I am getting a little jittery... For the next week, my workouts will start about an hour early (back to 4:30am). I also plan on trying to work some HIIT into the mix...
