Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | ![]() So as of today I have started a new diet plan. The diet itself is low carb with 2 days where I reload on carbs (max effort training days). Starting December 2nd I am going to run the EC stack for at least 30 days. The reasons I'm not starting till Nov. 20th are:

Starting Dec. 2nd:
The Training Sunday: ME Upper Monday: ME Lower Tuesday: Cardio (Distance Training) Wednesday: RE Upper Thursday: DE Lower Friday: Cardio (HIIT) Saturday: Cardio (HIIT) With this combination of training, nutrition, and supplementation I think that I will achieve my goals in relatively short time. To save myself the trouble of having to post my diet every day, I will simply state whether or not my diet and training were in check for that day, as well as any additional comments. I will also make a weekly analysis of my regimen with updates in my weight, BF%, etc. So let's... GIT 'R' DONE!!!

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | I responded to the ephedrine pretty well. I had a lot of energy throughout my workout after I took it. If you're like me and don't respond to stims very heavily, then you may actually feel something on ephedrine. I feel nothing when I take just caffeine. Example... I took 600mg this morning on an empty stomach. Didn't feel a thing lol. Ephedrine works for me.

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | 11/15: Week 1, Day 1 (for real this time) Diet: Check Training: Check Comments: Everything went good today, except my left leg suffered some weird strains. Felt a tear in my quad as I was stepping over a bench today, caused a lot of pain but subsided after a while. Now there's a faint tense sensation in it, but nothign major. Then during speed squats I felt a pull in my inner groin and it has the same tenseness... Definitely gonna let it heal properly. No HIIT this week. ![]() Diet was spot on, except I substituted the 12 almonds in meal 3 with 2 tbsp of peanut butter. Then in between meals 4 and 5 I had another 2 tbsp just to keep myself from diving into the delicious chocolate chip peanut butter Chewy bars in my pantry. ![]()

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | personally I'd like to stay close to the legal side as I can for now. Specially cuz Albuterol and clen is banned but IWF, the OC and the likes. (not like that will stop me in a few years if I get to the top of the national level.
