Right now I am doing WS4SB. On benching I'm working in the 5 rep range for the next 3 weeks, and squats and deads are typically 1-3 rep range. And I haven't actually started running EC, just the diet that will go with it. I'll be starting EC on December 2nd.

I'll be using the digital one from now on. Man I rule.

Danman, I like the training plan. Keep the log tight, i'll check on it frequently. Have you checked out Defranco's newest additions to his SB prog? Basically instead of having a second ME move on your heavy days, drop the second one and add a really good supplementary lift in the 6-8 rep range for 4 sets (sick volume). Funny enough, this is something i've been doing since the beginning (only because i don't see the point in two ME moves a lot of the time). As an example, i'll run a 3X5 with a 2 or 3 board, and the second move would be move which trains a similar part of the bench (either a floor press or decline press). I love it, and the relief from heavy work allows me to train a bit heavier on my RE days (3 or 4 sets of 6,7 ot 8). Basically, it emphasizes what the skinny bastards is all about: building a foundation of size/strength for the ultimate goal of strength later. i'll frequent this thread.
