Thanks man! Yeah it's actually pretty much a copy of the one you posted in your log, except I added in my own protein sources and other stuff. Also, I drink PWO shakes on any training day, not just ME days.

Right now I am doing WS4SB. On benching I'm working in the 5 rep range for the next 3 weeks, and squats and deads are typically 1-3 rep range.

And I haven't actually started running EC, just the diet that will go with it. I'll be starting EC on December 2nd.

imo I wouldn't blame the supps themselves right off the bat, as some people just have bad immune systems sometimes.

Comments: I think I can attribute this to a couple things:

1) I've been sedentary for 4 days
2) I didn't eat as much as I should have those couple days, my metabolism slowed
3) I used 2 different scales; 1 non-digital (starting weight) and 1 digital (this morning).

I'll be using the digital one from now on.

Man I rule.

Danman, I like the training plan. Keep the log tight, i'll check on it frequently.

Have you checked out Defranco's newest additions to his SB prog? Basically instead of having a second ME move on your heavy days, drop the second one and add a really good supplementary lift in the 6-8 rep range for 4 sets (sick volume). Funny enough, this is something i've been doing since the beginning (only because i don't see the point in two ME moves a lot of the time). As an example, i'll run a 3X5 with a 2 or 3 board, and the second move would be move which trains a similar part of the bench (either a floor press or decline press). I love it, and the relief from heavy work allows me to train a bit heavier on my RE days (3 or 4 sets of 6,7 ot 8). Basically, it emphasizes what the skinny bastards is all about: building a foundation of size/strength for the ultimate goal of strength later.

Hmmm. That's pretty similar to what I've been doing. The version I'm going off of was version 3 of WS4SB with a few tweaks.

Example, my last ME Upper session I did incline for 5x5, then I did incline DB press for 3x10. Same concept, I just go for higher volume and reps w/ less weight. Here's exactly what I have laid out each week:

Why not take the aspirin? I find it makes the effects feel a lot more potent. Just don't take too much.

ECA makes me really violent as a warning lol.

Also it kills your appetite 100%.

Just got back from NY yesterday, time to kick this thing into high gear. I'm declaring today as the 7th day of week 2, and I'm gonna take my weight/bf% tomorrow morning.

Vario, I may throw aspirin in there just for kicks. Not sure though, we'll see.

Comments: Feels great to be back in check. I was getting disgusted with myself lol.
