Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Day 1 I got my package in mid-day yesterday, and I couldn't wait till the next day to try em out, I was like a kid in a candy store.. haha Yesterday I took the N'Gorge and Rebound I had a messed up week which messed up a few workouts, so yesterday I did shoulders, traps and back.. After taking the N'Gorge my soreness seemed to decrease by alot, I felt pumped before I even touched a weight... the workout went really smooth and the pump feel never really went away, still feel it this morning. I believe it was the Rebound that caused this, but man... I was sweating like a bastard... it was like non-stop faucet. After working out I showered, and for the rest of the night, my skin felt really dry, more so then normal. Weight Today (Sunday): 215

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | For the Rebound I have a few recommendations for you. The directions say that it is optimal to take it with a fatty meal. For this reason, I'd recommend taking it in your meal PRIOR to your pre-workout shake/meal. I've been taking mine about 2 hours before my workout with a meal containing fats. I would also recommend you take your second dose with your last meal of the day before bed. Since test production is highest during rest it would seem to be a good idea to take 1 of them before bed with a meal containing fats. For this last meal of the day I've been taking a protein shake, a fish oil cap, and a piece of toast with some olive oil on it. That should be enough fats to slow down the digestive process and help Rebound perform best. To clarify:

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Day 2 Well, today was an off day, I ate clean, and relaxed, I'm sore as hell today... Feeling really flushed right now, and what I mean by that.. is I feel really warm, specially in my face.. and I'm sweating for no reason.. and my face is warm almost like I had been outside for like 20 minutes. Don't seem to be retaining any water (I think I read that some people on the MP retained water?), same weight as I was this morning when I woke up, 215.. And there is definately no loss in libido ... thats it for now

Barbel Lunge 5 x 10 Leg Extensions 5 x 10 Squats 5 x 6 Leg curls? 5 x 10 deadlift 3 x 5 one-arm side deadlift 3 x 5 calf raises 3 x 10 Reverse Barbell Preacher Curls 6 x 3 Barbell preacher curl 6 x 3 cable Tricep Extension 3 x 10 Alternate Hammer Curl 3 x 10 Concentration Curls 3 x 6 Plate Pinch 2 25lb plates 3 min each arm Close-Grip Bench Press 3 x 6 I struggled really bad threw the leg workout, my hams are killing me, otherwise I'm feeling pretty hard in my arms and legs today, chest and stomach feel slightly smaller. BF %: 18.07%

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Day 4 This Morning's Weight: 213 Wow the um, weight drop is a surprize, at least to thit degree... I even weighed myself on a 2nd scale just to make sure mine wasnt broken. Working out the legs yesterday was rough, but today they feel even worse (I figured they would) , hamstrings are very very tight feeling. Skin is feeling a little tighter and dryer then normal. No major side effects from anything has been noticed. Will update again tonight.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Day 4 Part 2 Today I did chest and a light workout on the arms Incline Barbell Press 5 sets 12, 10, 10, 9, 6 Incline Dumbell Flye 3 sets 10, 10, 8 Decline Dumbell Flye 3 sets 10, 10, 6 Decline Dumbell Press 3 sets 8, 8, 6 Uneven Push-Up 3 sets 10 , 10 , 10 Reverse Barbell Preacher Curls 3 sets of 6 Barbell Preacher Curls 3 sets of 6 75 crunches Feeling slightly bloated right now (I did drink 1 1/2 gallons of water so far), alot of retained water (this tends to happen nightly and then I'll wake up lighter). Still in awe about the weight loss, without any lean mass loss. The N'Gorge is keeping me feeling pumped up almost always threwout the day. My hams are still really sore, feel like they're just way to tight right now, I skipped out on cardio today because of it. No other real side effects as of yet. Oh, almost forgot, I'm upping the Rebound XT to 3 pills a day instead of 2. I think that came out too 2 weeks of 3, 1 week of 2 and 1 pill for the remainder pills (About 4 days?)

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | TY! I'm really happy that I'm not naturally heavy, or the lack of cardio would probably hurt. I should have probably noted I'm a big slacker on the cardio, to be completely honest, since I've started losing weight, if I actually put alot of thought into how much I've done.. alot of people would prob be surprized, and with my steady weight loss, I've been happy with it being that way, so I dont get any loose skin, or minimal amounts. (I do realize at some point it will be 100% necessary to lose weight)

Hams are still just as sore, I think it'll put a big damper on cardio and it'll hurt the leg workouts, but I'm still losing consistantly. This mornings weight: 212

Feeling really bloated again tonight, usually starts sometime after my 2nd meal of the day and lasts until I wake up the next morning, not a big deal though. Today was shoulders/traps Front Dumbbell Raise 3 sets 8, 8, 6 Bent-Over Dumbell Lateral Raise 3 sets 10,10, 10 Standing Lateral Raise 3 sets 10, 10, 10 Seated Dumbell Lateral Raise 3 sets 10,10,10 Incline-Bench Dumbell Shrug 5 sets 12,12,7,7,9 Behind-Back Barbell Shrug 3 sets 20, 20, 15 Traps are feeling really swollen right now, felt as though tonights workout went really smooth.. forearms feel way more solid tonight then normal. Will probably post new pics and remeasure everything on Saturday or Sunday, not gonna bother while feeling bloated. If I'm leaving any important info or additional info that'd be helpful let me know.

Also, I woke up feeling a little bloated today. Weight is still at 212 this morning.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Day 6 Part 2 The headache that I posted about earlier today went away about 15 mintues after posting, nothing major, no real discomfort. One thing I had forgot to post about a day or two ago, is that the excessive sweating stopped. Today, I decided to up my dosage of Melting Point to 6 caps a day, rather then the 4 that I originally started with. The soreness in my hams in completely gone, which aided in my decision to up the dosage too see if it re-occurs with a higher amount or to see if my body adjusted to the new substance I was intaking. So far 4 pills in, no soreness again.. so it seems to be the case that I can handle a higher dose now, I will report in the morning if any soreness re-occurs. Today I did back, and I cant say it was the best work, but I felt like I strained something in my back, and I always try to keep my back workout to a moderate stress level since my back has been pretty bad since high school (thank you football). Estrogen may enhance fat metabolism by increasing the production of GH and inhibiting the production of insulin. In turn, this would decrease glucose metabolism and increase FFA utilization (Ashley et al., 2000). Another factor that could promote a higher fat metabolism in women is an increase in blood flow to adipose tissue, especially during exercise (Braun & Horton, 2001). Estrogen has been shown to cause a vasodilation (widening) in blood vessels, but it is not yet known if this vasodilation is specific to adipose tissue perfusion (flow of blood into the tissue) or a general effect on the entire vasculature in the body. Estrogen also increases the production of the hormone Nitric Oxide (NO). NO, which is produced by cells that line the blood vessels, causes a relaxation of the smooth muscle that surrounds blood vessels leading to vasodilation. If women maintained a higher blood flow to the adipose tissue, interaction between epinephrine and adipose tissue beta receptors would be increased. Additionally, this could enhance FFA transport from adipose tissue to active muscles during exercise."
