Keep out of reach of children. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Initial thoughts: I took a hiatus from using supps and just working out in general for quite awhile. This was mainly due to health reasons that I was going through. Since then I have cleaned up my diet and have dropped a considerable amount of weight by just eating healthier alone. So for the past couple of months I have begun working out again, but now I am soley focused on doing cardio to shed even more weight. This log will be a cardio only log because I am highly interested to see how well Recreate assists me in that area alone. I am currently at 210lbs and have seemed to hit a plateau. Hence my decision to look for something to help. So since I've been looking for something new in terms of fatloss I recently came across feedback on USP's Recreate. Read some initial reviews and seen some praise over at bb.com & over at the Anabolic Minds so I said what the heck .. let me order a bottle and check this out for myself. Unlike my previous logs I probably will not be as detailed but regardless it will benefit the community with my feedback and results. Here are my current stats, diet, supplements, etc. Diet Mainly Consisting Of:

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 221 | 1st Dosage: 2 capsules - 1:00 PM Cardio Workout: 45 minutes on the bike for 16.20 miles Thoughts: I initially planned on starting this tomorrow since it is the 1st of the month .. but I was itching to get into the bottle. That being said I didn't take the morning dose. I am only taking the afternoon dose for today. As stated above I took the caps at 1:00 PM and then I started typing up the 1st post of the log. That along with some last minute issues I needed to clear up before lunch delayed me a bit. I was planning on hitting the bike at 1:30 but that didn't happen. So after I did what I needed to do I hit the gym about 1.5 hours after I took the 2 caps. I took the 2 caps and followed up by eating a banana but I think I should eat just a little more than that with the dosages. Stomach didn't get upset but I could tell I should have eaten something else along with the dose. About 20 minutes after taking I felt a slight bit of an euphoric feeling. Kinda cool but it didn't last at all. Not sure if it was from the dose or if someone here in the office was smoking a little something .. haha ..jk. So I get on the bike and I start riding .. about 11 minutes in I felt a warmness come over my entire body so I could tell something was kickin' in here. Not too much energy from a stim point of view but I expected that going in since this is not really a "stim" product. So the warmness is starting up and then I break into a slight sweat which was pretty cool. About 17 minutes in I got a nice burst of energy and started pedaling at a faster rate. That lasted a couple of minutes 'til I slowed it down a bit. By this time I had worked up a nice sweat. Similar to the perspiration from an E/C stack .. but I noticed the back of my neck and my back sweating a little more than usual. Felt another boost of energy come on about 30 minutes in. Very interesting being this is not a stim. Something I am going to monitor. Wrapped things up on the bike after 45 minutes. Over all it was a great cardio session and I didn't feel too drained afterwards. That's pretty much all for now. We'll see where this goes. Whoa .. just did a 'preview post' .. I wrote alot... hahaha. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 221 | 1st Dosage: 2 capsules - 8:00 AM 2nd Dosage: 2 capsules - 1:30 PM Cardio Workout: 45 minutes on the bike for 16.20 miles Thoughts: No stomach issues with the dosages today. I made sure to take them with something in my stomach. Noticeable appetite supression, as I don't seem to be hungry although I know I need to eat. No stim or energy type of effects that I could really tell today which is pretty cool because I don't like the wired feeling all too much. No mood effects to report. Got on the bike today and about 8:40 into the ride I felt the warmth come over me again. A few seconds later I started to perspire. Definitely more than ususal again. My head, neck, and back were pretty much soaked by the time I was done. So far so good for day 2.

Appetite was supressed for a good majority of the day. Increase in perspiration once again. Beyond that nothing really new to report.
