X-Factor - Condensed Write-Up
Increases Muscle Mass In Humans - US Patent #6,841,573

Every serious bodybuilder knows the awesome feeling of training in the zone. Banging off reps with a serious stack of plates on the bar, your muscles burning with a pump so intense you swear your skin is going to rip. Yeah, being in the zone is a big time thrill, and for sure helps you build freakish muscle. But, the zone is nothing without the "X". The zone is how you train. The "X-Factor" is how you grow!

...up to 15 lbs of muscle after just one 50 day cycle!

If a powerful physique is what you want, then nothing is more important than the "X". What we are talking about is revolutionary. It is the single greatest anabolic discovery of the new century. It will take your body to a new dimension, with more muscle, reduced body fat, and freaky pumps that will shred your clothes into a pile of threads. We are talking about a serious discovery made by one of the only men on the planet capable of such a powerful discovery. A man so dedicated to anabolic research that he literally wrote the book on it. We are talking about William Llewellyn, performance-enhancement scientist, ANABOLICS 2000 - 2005 author, and CEO of Molecular Nutrition. He is no lightweight when it comes to anabolic research and discovering new muscle building substances. Holder of several U.S. Patents on anabolic compounds, Llewellyn adds his newest and greatest anabolic discovery to the list. - "X-Factor"

Benefits Of X-Factor Include:
* Increase Protein Synthesis Rates (Muscle Growth)
* Significant Fat Loss
* Dramatic Strength Gains
* Increased Pumps
* Increased Androgen Receptor Levels
* Amplified IGF-1 Signaling
* Increased Post-Workout Soreness

FAQ
How Will I Know What's Working?
- Simple.
Core: X-Factor + GXR
Cell-Volumizing-"Tech": GMS, Green Bulge/SizeON
Recovery/Endurance: CM, bAlanine, H+Blocker
Emergency For Tendon/Joint Pain: Cissus-RX
Test-Booster: Fenotest

Test Booster is there for improved sleep/keep test as high as I can.
If you look at it from a different point of view, this is like a XF, Xtend, Creatine, and Test Booster stack, which is very common and almost everyone does it, just like everyone wears Abercrombie and Fitch.

GXR was a replacement for K-R-ALA that Phosphate Bond recommended.. The genius speaks:
Quote:
Originally Posted by Phosphate bond
You need the R-ALA for ATP and glutathione. Glutathione levels are correlated with the more anabolic and "inflammatory" prostaglandins like PGF 2 alpha.

If you didn't have glutathione you wouldn't even be able to convert PGG2 to PGH2 (PGH2 is the parent molecule to PGE2, PGF 2 alpha, PGI2, etc)

Other pathways like PGE2 9 keto reductase (which forms PGF 2 alpha ) are also driven by NADH/NADPH (its a reductive process)

There is some irony here, but it makes sense to me. Your body isn't going to produce powerful and stimulating PGs in lower energy states. Maybe this explains why I always had a hard time getting sore in the days were I was always overtraining?
Another reason is I have supplements to give me high endurance/etc so I can never flake out on gym.

Where did I get the money?
I robbed a bank.. well actually, I got the stuff very cheap throught a Vitamin Shoppe trick(nothing illegal). Here was the pricing:
X-Factor: 90, purchased a while ago..
Fenotest: 24
CM+bAlanine: 35(I'm that nice)
H+Blocker: Free, Tester
SizeON: ~35
Green Bulge: 18 on eBay
All free shipped
This is to make up for time wasted, my "get big fast" stack.
It was basically 200 all together, that is how much people pay for 2 tubs of Xtend + X-Factor

Is this your first time running these supplements?
Yes, I have used Creatine before though.
But I will know what is working.
X-Factor = gains of 1-2 pounds a week, lean gains/fat loss
Fenotest = Sleep/Lipido/etc
Creatine/GMS = Fullness/Pumps(early in)/Endurance/etc
Carnosine/Endurance Stack = Endurance/Lactic Acid/Recovery
As long as I get good gains
I have 2 more X-Factor cycles(one is expired though), so I will probably run it again in like October/November at an all out bulk.

Todays Supplements:
- X-Factor: 1 w/Breakfast, 2 Pre-Workout, 1 before Sleep
- Green Bulge : 35 mins Pre-Workout
- GMS: 5g w/Green Bulge
- Citrulline Malate: 3g w/Green Bulge, 3g 20 mins before Breakfast
- Fenotest: 1 pre-Workout, 2 w/X-Factor pre-Sleep

Food:
Quote:
Breakfast [ 45g of Protein / 25g Carbs / 21g of Fat]:
- 1.5 slices of Steak(not the 20$ lean cut): 30g of Protein, ~5g of Fat
- 2 Large Eggs: 12g of Protein, 10g of fat
- 2 small slices of White Bread: 3g of Protein, 25g of Carbs, 2g of Fat
- 1 tbsp. of Cream Cheese: 4g of Fat
- 25oz of Water

Sorry, I must have forgot to save the notepad, but in that day I hit just my maintance. Alot of saturated fat though. I have the whole day to count calories
Special Features:
- A large egg without the shell weights 50 grams. Egg yolk weights 18 grams, and White's weight about 30 grams. However, Egg yolk has 967g of AA(but also 284mg of DHA) per 1/2 pound. Half a pound is 226 grams, so therefore, each egg yolk should have about 80g AA and 22mg of DHA(thought the DHA is fine, Phosphate Bond told me). I eat like 2-4 eggs per day, so that should give me about 160-320 extra mg of AA.

Observations:
2:00PM: I felt very manic today. Especially when I took my first cap of AA(I wake up late, was way too overwhelmed to sleep yesturday ). I already feel bigger.
I feel like I just took stimulants.

Workout:
I did Chest/Triceps, I am going to be trainign the next 3 days straight as I will be getting about 12 hours of sleep, proper nutrition, and have taken a good 2 weeks off.
Chest:
- Cable Cross Overs: 85/85/80/75 @ 10-12 reps
- Chest Press: 100/85/85/75 @ 10-12 reps
- Chest Fly Machine: 130/115/115/100 @ 10-12 reps
- Cable Flies: 45/45/45/35 @ 10-12 reps
- Incline Press: 90/90 @ 10-12 reps
Triceps:
- 1-hand Cable Pushdown: 45/45/45/35 @ 10-12 reps
- 1-hand Cable Kick Back: 10/10/10/10 @ 10-12 reps
- Close-Grib Bench: 75/75 @ 10-12 reps
- Pushdowns: 85/85/85/85 @ 10-12 reps

Training was off-limits! I had like no lactic acid, the only reason I had to stop was because I ran out of breath! Good shit!!!!!!

Default Day 3 - Back

Todays Supplements:
- X-Factor: 1 w/Breakfast, 2 Pre-Workout, 1 before Sleep
- Green Bulge : 35 mins Pre-Workout
- GMS: 5g w/Green Bulge
- Citrulline Malate: 3g w/Green Bulge, 3g 20 mins before Breakfast
- Fenotest: 1 pre-Workout, 2 w/X-Factor pre-Sleep

Food:
Quote:
Breakfast:
1 slice Chicken Breast: 30g of Protein
2 slices Bread: 35g of Carbs

Snack:
Tea w/Sucrose: 15g of Carbs
Bread w/Fat Free Butter: 25g of Carbs

Post-Workout:
Gatorade: 60g of Carbs
Milk: 8g of Protein, 12g of Carbs, 3g of Fat
2 Scoops Whey: 48g of Protein, 2g of Fat, 2g Carbs
Ice-Cream(blended in): 3g of Protein, 4g of Fat, 10g of Carbs
Special Features:
- A large egg without the shell weights 50 grams. Egg yolk weights 18 grams, and White's weight about 30 grams. However, Egg yolk has 967g of AA(but also 284mg of DHA) per 1/2 pound. Half a pound is 226 grams, so therefore, each egg yolk should have about 80g AA and 22mg of DHA(thought the DHA is fine, Phosphate Bond told me). I eat like 2-4 eggs per day, so that should give me about 160-320 extra mg of AA.

Observations:
Since day one, I had ALOT of trouble falling asleep, and I mean alot. Yesturday, though I stayed up late, it was like 3 am and I decided to go to sleep. It took me a good 1.5 hours to do so. Same thing with day 1. Pretty wierd. I generally have trouble sleeping, and I didnt want to take Melatonin because it may have some anti-flammatory effects.
I also had a nice headache yesturday, and a minor today. I think this was because I took 5g of GMS, and since it increases blood volume, I assume it has an effect on pressure and etc, therefore it can cause headaches. A good natural way to get rid of headaches is ice your neck/head or dip your feet into hot water as it gets your blood going more.. can't explain the science but it works.
I got pretty sore into the workout, and my arms got pumped. X-Factor is kicking in?

Workout:
I just got in the gym, quite late. I got home at 6:40PM from my math tutor, packed everything I can, made it to gym at 7:10 and had about about 30 minutes, so I tried to hit my back as hard as I can. I wasnt able to do supersets, deadlifts, or bent-over rows.
Back:
- T-Bar(Machine): 90/90/90/90 @ 10-12 reps
- Longpull: 80/80/80/80 @ 10-12 reps
- One-hand Lat Pully: 45/70/45/45 per arm @ 10-12 reps
- Lat Pulldown: 95/95/95/95 @ 10-12 reps
- Bi-Angular Lat Pulldowns 100/125.5/125.5/125.5 @ 10-12 reps
In 30 minutes, I can say that was pretty good, I had pretty good form too.
I missed calves yesturday too because Bally's closed early, so tommorow I am adding shoulders/traps/calves, then taking Monday off.

Hey Max- it's me!!! Kudos- you've put together a thorough stack :nosthumbs

Couple of questions- do you really think you need the Fenotest at age 15? Also, if you got the H-Blocker free as a tester shouldn't you be running that independent of X-Factor?

Interesting cycle though. Good luck!!!

The guy said we can do whatever we want, in the email I told him I am going to run it on X-Factor and he said its fine..
Gosh - that stuff tastes worst then Gakic. I really dont want to take it anymore.
Fenotest - I dont know how high my test really is, and I always wanted facial hair (is this worst then the post about using Rogaine on your face for facial hair?)
I just thought of running it to keep my test as high as I can, because my doctor doesnt do hormone tests for me because they are "as high as you need them to be," not to mention, my ideal weight for my height is 130lbs.
Thanks!
BTW, IF you can, please post the link to this thread to:
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=711355
IF you can! Thanks!

Also, I had to stay in bed for like 15 minutes after I woke up, Fenotest does seem to be doing something.
