Stupid GMS ![]() Sides: Achey Tendon Minor Headaches Insomnia seems to be better, I laid off Tylenol PM. So far I think: Well, to tell the truth, I am only really feeling the creatine. I dont think X-Factor kicked in yet. I will judge it today as I got a pump running yesturday, so maybe something did click. No intense soreness. This week wasnt my best week because of school, and I havent been able to log because of the slow ass server.. I am going to start Citrulline Malate seriously, I have missed doses here and there.. Also, I plan to run PowerFULL for 2-3 weeks towards the end when Glucophase starts ending. I do look a bit bigger, more vascularity for sure. |

I really look fatter but I contribute most of it to bloat. My stomach got bigger but it looks more firm, kind of like a muscle belly. Workout: Workout was pretty good, but had a carb crash, got very fatigued. I also didnt do triceps today becuase of my tendon/joint. I feel stronger now, but I cant go up in weight on my chest/tri excerises because my tendon limits me so much. Chest: Cable Crossover: 70/75/80/70 @ 8-12 reps Cable Flies: 45/45/45/45 @ 8-12 reps Cable Press: 70/70/70/70 @ 8-12 reps Machine Flies: 120/120/115/115 @ 8-12 reps I know I could have went up a good 10 pounds on most of my lifts if I had proper nutrition/tendons. Half way throught the cycle. I hope this is where the gains kick in. I have 5 bottles of X-Factors left, 4 are from one batch, and the 5th is the one that William replaced for me. Do you think I should try the other batch just incase, maybe the one William passed over was a bad one(not saying it was on purpose). I did feel a little chest pump today. Hope this stuff pays off. |

Sleeping is crazy! On the first day, I had a very trippy sleep. I woke up at 5:40 thinking OH SHIT, SCHOOL IS IN 20 MINUTES(School starts at 8:00) I learned to control it, it is very deep, and goes by too fast, and is enjoyable. Wood is there, I am really liking it. I am running the old version. I have like 2.5 weeks to go on this cycle.. :crazy1: |
