Here is how I am going to dose X-Factor and Glucophase:

OFF DAYS:

Morning:

2 caps Glucophase XR
2 caps X-Factor
Mid Day:

1 cap X-Factor
Before Sleep:
1 cap X-Factor



ON DAYS:

Morning:

1 cap Glucophase XR
1 cap X-Factor
Pre-Pre-Workout Meal:

1 cap Glucophase XR
Pre-Workout:
2 caps X-Factor
Post-Workout:
2 caps Glucophase XR
Before Sleep:
1 cap X-Factor

Default Week 2 Update

Week 2 Update

Weight: ~190
I feel fatter, gained some water weight too! Stupid GMS

Sides:

Achey Tendon
Minor Headaches
Insomnia seems to be better, I laid off Tylenol PM.

So far I think:

Well, to tell the truth, I am only really feeling the creatine.
I dont think X-Factor kicked in yet. I will judge it today as I got a pump running yesturday, so maybe something did click.
No intense soreness.
This week wasnt my best week because of school, and I havent been able to log because of the slow ass server..
I am going to start Citrulline Malate seriously, I have missed doses here and there..

Also, I plan to run PowerFULL for 2-3 weeks towards the end when Glucophase starts ending.
I do look a bit bigger, more vascularity for sure.

Training back and biceps a day apart is a pretty bad idea. It would probably be better to group back, biceps and forearms together. To be honest I think your using way too many supplements. Your what 15? and have been training for less than a year? To supplement means to add. Stick to the basic creatine, protein, multi maybe efa's.

Todays Supplements:
- X-Factor: 1 w/Breakfast, 2 Pre-Workout, 1 before Sleep
- Green Bulge: 7 Pre-Workout
- GMS: 5g w/Green Bulge
- Citrulline Malate: 3g w/Green Bulge, 3g 20 mins before Breakfast
- Fenotest: 2 pre-Workout, 2 w/X-Factor pre-Sleep
- Glucophase XR: 2 post workout, 1 20mins before Breakfast

Observations:
Most of the sides are gone.
I gotten fatter

Workout:
Worked out really intense, then went home and took a nice nice nap..

Biceps:
Wide GripBarbell Curl: 45/55/45/45 @ 8-12 reps
Seated Dumbbell Curl(dropset): 25>15/25>15/25>15/25>15 @ 8-12 reps w/
- Superset(last 2 sets) Ez-Bar Curls: 45/45 @ 8-12 reps
Ez-Bar Curls: 45/45 @ 8-12 reps
Cable Wierd Curl: 45/55/60/45 @ 8-12 reps
- Superset(last 2 sets) Preacher Curl: 45/45 @ 8-12 reps

At this point, I was really tired..

Shoulders:
Smith Military Press: 95/115>95/115>95>/95 @ 8-12 reps
Shoulder Raises: 70/70/70/80>60>40 @ 10-12 reps
Shrugs(not barbell): 225/225 @ 10-12 reps
Cable Raises: 25/25/25/20 @ 10-12 reps

Fore-arms:
Wrist Barbell Curls: 45/45/45/45/45 @ 10-12 reps
Reverse Grip " ": 45/45
Behind the Back " ": 45/45

Another Weight-in tommorow! (Comon +5 lbs)

I have not been getting any doms recently..
Can it be that GB/GMS are getting rid of it?
I recently started CM/Beta-Alanine..
Am also on GXR/Fenotest if it matters..

I have been really busy lately so dont have time to update the log as much, starting tommorow I will start to again.
Getting in all my food and stuff so dont worry

I lost track of days =\

I am getting crazy headaches..
really pisses me off..
My sleep has improved..
I had crazy joint pain today but icing got rid of it.

Really getting irritated.

Made me hyperglemic, I'll save it for a cut.

Todays Supplements:
- X-Factor: 1 w/Breakfast, 2 Pre-Workout, 1 before Sleep
- GMS: 2.5g Pre-Workout
- Fenotest: 2 pre-Workout, 2 w/X-Factor pre-Sleep
- SizeON: 1 Post-Workout

Observations:
Most of the sides are gone.
I really look fatter but I contribute most of it to bloat. My stomach got bigger but it looks more firm, kind of like a muscle belly.

Workout:
Workout was pretty good, but had a carb crash, got very fatigued.
I also didnt do triceps today becuase of my tendon/joint.
I feel stronger now, but I cant go up in weight on my chest/tri excerises because my tendon limits me so much.

Chest:
Cable Crossover: 70/75/80/70 @ 8-12 reps
Cable Flies: 45/45/45/45 @ 8-12 reps
Cable Press: 70/70/70/70 @ 8-12 reps
Machine Flies: 120/120/115/115 @ 8-12 reps

I know I could have went up a good 10 pounds on most of my lifts if I had proper nutrition/tendons.

Half way throught the cycle.
I hope this is where the gains kick in.
I have 5 bottles of X-Factors left, 4 are from one batch, and the 5th is the one that William replaced for me. Do you think I should try the other batch just incase, maybe the one William passed over was a bad one(not saying it was on purpose).
I did feel a little chest pump today.
Hope this stuff pays off.

Ok, I missed Saturday/Fridays training because I camped out for some exclusive am95s. Paid 240, they didnt have my size though.. not to worry, I'll just sell em on eBay for like 4-6 bills

but you do realize that it'll take a few weeks to a month before cissus will really start to work, and a whole month on it will hurt your x-factor results.
i'd suggest glucosamine, chondroitin, and msm instead

Observations:
So far so good. X-Factor kicked in like last week.
CRAZY sweating. Joints seem to be better.
SLEEP IS GOOD!

Workout:
I did Back today.
Back Pull Machine: 45/45/45/45 @ 10 reps
Lat Pulldowns: 80/90/90/90>70>60 @ 10 reps(last was dropset)
Rows: 45/45/45/45 @ 10 reps
Deadlift + Bentover Row Superset: 135+125/135+125/135+125/135+125 @ 8 reps

PowerFULL:
This is my 4th day on it. Sleeping is crazy!
On the first day, I had a very trippy sleep. I woke up at 5:40 thinking OH SHIT, SCHOOL IS IN 20 MINUTES(School starts at 8:00)
I learned to control it, it is very deep, and goes by too fast, and is enjoyable.
Wood is there, I am really liking it.
I am running the old version. I have like 2.5 weeks to go on this cycle.. :crazy1:
