Default Time for warriors to get his "Size-On" Log

***I posted this on bb.com yesterday***

My Size-On finally came in the mail today after a long wait b/c of the holidays. Anyways here are the supplement facts from the Size-On and i want to note that the supplement facts on bb.com and other websites are NOT the correct supplement facts. Here is the link to the post where JV@Gaspari cleared this up:

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...2&postcount=42

The directions say to mix one scoop with 16-20oz of water and drink during workout on workout days and take one scoop with 16-20oz of water before bed on non workout days. Now where the problem comes in at is the directions for the workout days b/c i drink Xtend during my workouts so I was thinking of taking the Size-On pre workout or i could take it post workout about 20 min after i drink my protein shake. I will experiment with the times and see which one i like best and which one i think is working best.

The other supps. i'm taking at this time are Xtend, Multi, Protein powders, and EFA's

Anyway a little bit about me and how i got started. I started lifting weights at age 19. I weighed a very weak and small 112lbs.( a true ectomorph) All of my friends and ppl that knew me pretty well would call me names like toothpick or stick boy, something around that nature. It really didnt bother me that much b/c i knew they was playing and they was my friends. Never did play any sports b/c i was always "too small". I picked up my first muscle mag which was FLEX( didnt know any better at the time ) and the very first page i turned to i seen this monster by the name of Dorian Yates. I knew about Arnold and how he was built but when i saw Dorian my jaw dropped and i told myself I HAVE to do something about my body. So i started lifting weights and within three months i was up to 130lbs. This was just from training in my room. I finally found a good gym about 15 min away and joined it. Once i started doing squats and was able to work out harder and heavier, i jumped up to 150lbs in about 4 months after i joined the gym. I then heard about this site and joined and started reading and reading and reading some more about supplements, training, and most importantly, DIET. So I went from 5'11 112lbs to 197lbs and my bench went from a weak 95lbs to a best of 350lbs, squat from 115lbs to a best of 420lbs all within 5 years.( with the help of three ph cycles back in the day)

I'm now weighing in at 211lbs according to the scales this morning but i bet i gained 5 of those lbs over the holidays

My diet consists of a lot of everything. I'm not too picky when it comes to eating b/c ive always had a fast metabolism and a good appetite and basically have to eat anything and everything. I eat a lot of beef, chicken, eggs, wheat bread, pasta/noodles, milk, cheese, oats, seafood, etc. I drink anywhere from 1-2 gallons of water a day. I will eat fast food or have a pizza or something of that nature usually twice a week and had a lot more of that over the holidays but thats over with now so i have to get back on track.

My training consists of 4 days a week similar to my workout in my GB/WB log but now with different bodyparts on different days. I'm doing a lot more sets(4 most of the time and 5 every now and then), exercises (adding at least two exercises to each bodypart), and reps(anywhere from 8-12 reps) than i have done previously b/c i used to lift heavy all the time, almost PLifting style but i'm never gonna enter any comps or anything so i'm putting a lot of continuous stress on my joints and muscles for no reason really and i'm pretty strong for my size so now i'm going to be all about size and staying healthy from here on out.

Mon: Chest/Back
Tues: Legs
Wed: Arms
Thursday: Shoulders
Fri-Sun: Off

I will be starting with arms today and will update tonite after my workout and will update after every workout.

Stay tuned

Thursday: Shoulders

Thursday Report: This is the second day on it so nothing really to report. I took spoch's advice and drank it during my workout this time. I mixed it with fruit punch powerade and that seemed to help mask the taste some. I do know that it makes me extremely thirsty but i make sure i get my recommended water intake each day which is usually around two gallons. Some days a little more some days a little less.

Exercises/Sets/Reps/Weight:

B/bell Military Press: 3 sets of 12 @ 140lbs

D/bell Press: 2 sets of 12 @ 45lbs

Laterals: 3 sets of 12 with a one second hold at the top @ 35lbs

Machine Front Laterals: 3 sets of 12 with a one second hold at the top @
50lbs

Shrugs: 1 set of 20 @ 215lbs with a one second hold at the top and 3 sets of 15-15-17 @ 230lbs with a one second hold at the top.

Diet: My last meal just put me a little over 3500 cals and i still have one more to go plus my bed time shake. I should have at least 4000 cals by the time i go to bed.

Tommorrow is an off day and so is Sat. and Sun. I will post back on Mon. after chest/back. I will also post if i have any updates while on my off days.

Mon: Chest

Mon Report: I meant to post this earlier but my internet has been off b/c they were working on the towers. Anyway i had a pretty good chest workout today. I didnt have to wait as long between sets as i usually do and wasnt as fatigued as much either and i'm getting some pretty nice vascularity so far.

Exercises/Reps/Sets/Weight

Flat d/bell press: 5 sets of 12-12-10-10-10 @ 75lbs

Incline d/bell press: 3 sets of 10 @ 60lbs

Cable Crossovers: 3 sets of 12 @ 80lbs

Cable Flyes: 3 sets of 10 @ 40lbs

Diet: I ate a little over 3500 cals. I dont go grocery shopping until Thurs. so i'm having to eat a lot of oats and drinking a lot of milk and protein shakes.

Tomm. is back/bi's

Tues: Back/Bi's

Tues Report: Today was the best workout ive had since being on Size-On. The main thing i'm noticing so far is not having to rest as long between sets as i usually am. I also noticed today while doing a few sets of drop sets for my bi's on the cable curl machine that i didnt have as much lactic acid build up. Usually when i do drop sets for my bi's my arm's feel like they are on fire after about my second set but i was able to finish the whole drop set starting with 70lbs and finishing up with 30lbs while meeting the same reps on each set. So far so good. I'm also getting used to the taste of the wild berry. If you mix it with blue powerade or gatorade than you can hardly taste it.

Exercises/Sets/Reps/Weight:

Lat pulldowns: 3 sets of 10 @ 160lbs

Cable rows: 3 sets of 10 @ 170lbs

One arm d/bell rows: 1 set of 12 @ 65lbs 2 sets of 10 @ 75lbs

Machine Preacher curls: 3 sets of 10 @ 70lbs

EZ bar curls: 3 sets of 10 @ 85lbs

Incline curls: 3 sets of 10-10-8 @ 35lbs

Diet: My last meal put me at 4000 cals and i still have my bedtime shake to go. I should have close to 4500 cals by the time i go to bed.

I have legs tomm. so stay tuned

Mon/Tues Update: I did Back/Bi's today and Chest yesterday. Everything is still going great with the Size-On. I weighed in at 214 this morning so that's a three pound gain so far. I just got my diet back on track yesterday so i'll take any kind of weight i can get considering how shitty my diet was the last week due to being sick. Here are the main things i'm noticing so far:

-Reduced rest time between sets: As soon as i put the weights down i feel like i could hit it again.

-Less lactic acid build-up: This was something i wasnt expecting at all so this surprised me to say the least. Since i'm doing higher reps this really comes in handy. People that lift for endurance and do a lot of reps (12-15) might wanna try experimenting with Size-On b/c i think it would help out alot by cutting down the lactic acid.

-Vascularity: I'm starting to see veins in my traps and some different veins in my arms that are pretty freaky looking.

-Muscle Fullness: The muscle fullness is really starting to set in now. When i take it before bed on my days off my muscles feel and look so full in the morning when i wake up. I always know when i start getting muscle fullness from a product b/c my shirts start to get tight around my arms and my shoulder/trap area. The muscle fullness is one of the main reasons i enjoyed Green Bulge so much.

As far as pumps go it's hit or miss. Some days i get really good pumps and some days i dont. Ive never really responded that well to NO products so it's not a big deal.

Strength could prolly be a lot better but my focus isnt on strength right now. I always get good strength gains off any creatine product so i'm sure this one would not be any different.

I will prolly update this again around Friday. So far i'm pleased with Size-On.

Final review!!!

Ok i only have two servings left so i figured i would go ahead and give my final review on it b/c i doubt anything drastic is gonna happen within the last two servings. I will weigh myself tommorrow morning and post my weight. Now on to the review. Here are the things i noticed the most while on Size-On.

Muscle Fullness- This was my favorite thing about this product. When you put a shirt on and it feels alot tighter than before it's a very good feeling. When you take it before bed you wake up the next morning feeling full all over. Even when i got sick those couple of days and couldnt eat like i wanted to i still had great muscle fullness. Great product for muscle fullness/cell volumization.

Reduced rest time between sets- Another great feature about Size-On. As soon as i put the weight down within 20 seconds i felt like i could go again 100%.

Reduced Lactic Acid- This really came in handy while doing exercises like leg curls, crunches, laterals, and any other isolation movement that really burns. I felt like i could keep going forever on some exercises. If you have never felt this feeling before you are truly missing out. It's a great feeling.

Vascularity- I started getting some veins in my traps, upper chest, and arms that i have never seen before. They didnt bulge out like the veins in your arms do after a bicep or tricep workout but you could damn sure see them.

Pumps were ok but nothing spectacular. Strength gains were pretty consistent. I didnt set any PR's or anything but i didnt try either as my main focus was size.

No negative side effects at all. No stomach discomfort, nausea, diarrhea, headaches, bloating, or anything like that. Although i will say that it did sometimes give me some gas after taking it and it would usually last for about 2-3 hrs but it was no big deal.

I would def. buy this product again in a heartbeat. I was a little skeptical about spending 50 bucks on a creatine product but i have no regrets what so ever. BK might be an ******* to a lot of ppl but he formulated an excellent product so you have to give him respect/credit for that. Dont let his actions or JV@Gaspari's actions on the boards over the past few weeks turn you away from wanting to try Size-On b/c it is truly an amazing product. I dont care if BK dresses up like a woman and puts make up on while dancing around in a thong b/c if a product delivers than you cant really argue with that. If you have a little extra cash and wanna try something new then give Size-On a shot. I know i will def. be buying another tub here soon.

Anyways thanx for taking the time to read my log(for the ppl that did) b/c i really appreciate it.

Any questions, comments, gripes, moans, groans, or complaints i will be happy to answer them.

Yea well taking 21 hrs this semester with three night classes in a row kinda makes you lazy so i didnt feel the need to have to update it everyday with my diet and training, etc b/c i know when i read logs i dont really care too much about having to read through their diet and training routine. I just care about what kind of results the person gets.
