Talking Sesamin + Carb Cycle Log

Weight: 180 @ 18%
BUT: I have been munching out in the past 3 days, and havent taken a shit once! Had really bad digestion issues lately.
Height: 5'11"
Waist: 37.5
Goal: Body Recomposition(Had Muscle Atrophy)

Diet:
Day 1: Low Carb
Day 2: No Carb
Day 3: High Carb
Day 4: Repeat

Workout Routine:
Day 1: Chest/Triceps OR Shoulders/ETC
Day 2: OFF
Day 3: Back/Biceps OR Legs
Day 4: Repeat
Basically, Ill do the first one, then when I repeat, I will switch over to Shoulders/ETC, and keep doing it like that.
Ill be working out on Low Carb/High Carb Days.
Later I will try on No Carb for Glycogen Depletion.
Cardio will be done for ~30 minutes unless otherwise stated.

Supplements:
Sesamin 4x Daily: Breakfast, Lunch,Pre-Workout, Before Sleep
Optimum 100% Whey
MuscleMilk as a treat
SciVation Thermal Rage(When I need energy)
Cissus @ 3.5 grams/day

Default Day 2 - No Carb / OFF

Weight: Unknown
Day 2. I bumped Sesamin to 6 caps a day. Ate a few grams of carbs by accident. No appetite. Crazy Fatigue.

Get sick of it fast.
Damn, NO CARB IS HORRIBLE.
It killed my appetite, I only had 40 grams of protein today, and that was all!

Have you tried the Chocolate? That tastes amazing!

I couldn't imagine no carbs, I just couldn't function properly and I would be tired all day. How come your only getting 40g of protein?

Im craving carbs so bad, and I cant bear meat and protein shakes right now(and MM has carbs, all i got is Optimum in water).
Whoa this stuff is killing me. I just took 1 gram of ALA, i can feel my BSL dropping.
