Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | ![]() Stats Age: 20 Height: 6' Weight: 197 BF: 12-13% estimate Other supps Creatine Multi Fish Oil Diet 2500-3000 cals. I changed my diet 4 weeks ago to a recomp. Before, I was heavy bulking and now its time to get dialed in for summer. I am eating right around maitenance and I let my training do the work. I try to stay at the same weight but slowly get leaner. My diet is very clean and most of my calories come from: Chicken, Tuna, Whey, Oats, Brown Rice, Natural PB, Almonds, Milk. Training Mon - Chest/Tris Tues - Back/Bis Wed - Off Thurs - Legs/Abs Fri - Shoulders/Traps I hit 5-6 sets per muscle group with 1 warmup. A typical workout lasts 45mins-1 hour. I do 10-15 mins of low intensity postworkout cardio, usually on the bike from time to time. I have been doing less cardio lately because theres nothing I hate more than losing weight too fast and losing muscle with the fat. I mainly rely on my diet at this point. Goals Over the last 4 weeks, I have been slowly recomping. So far, my results have been good but I'm hoping that DCP will accelerate the fatloss while keeping muscle loss at bay. Although I am trying to get to a sub-10% bodyfat, theres nothing worse than losing muscle so my goal is to SLOWLY lean out and try to stay right around 200 pounds. I hope that by the end of this log I will have better ab definition and look better overall. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I also wanted to add this information: Supplement History I have tried a lot of fatloss supplements in the past including EC, Ephedra, Clen, Stimulant X, Thermoloid, Scorch, Thermorexin. I do not like the side effects that come with stimulants so I try to avoid them now. In the past I have had problems with losing too much too quickly. I have found that its best not to overdo it and to lose slowly but steadily to avoid muscle loss. I am not a fan of "cutting" but I do like to recomp whenever I feel that my bodyfat is too high. I use things like Fish Oil and Green Tea to help keep fat at bay. This is why I think DCP will be great for me. It is a product that is suited to EXACTLY what I am trying to do--slowly recomp with NO muscle loss and NO stimulants. I have been wanting to try TTA for some time now and I'm glad that I finally get the chance. I like the added ingredients in DCP that help avoid some of the downfalls of solo TTA supplementation. Thanks again to the NP/RPN guys for allowing me to try DCP! |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Not much to report yet other than some DOMS. I am more sore than I have been in months. I have been reading up on TTA and apparently it can cause increased DOMS and cramps. We will see if it persists but I'm going to start using Taurine in my pre/post workout drink as a preventative measure for cramps (I havent had any yet tho) |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I don't want to jump the gun but I see my abs coming in even more and I havent been 100% on point with my diet over the last 2 days. I feel an increase in DOMS...my Tris are still a little sore from Monday. Other than that, nothing to report. No sides. I'm gonna wait until the end of the cycle to take more pics because I want there to be a visible change. I like the way this is going so far... |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Weight: 195 My weight usually fluctuates a couple pounds and since I'm aiming for a Recomp, its not the best indicator of results. That being said, my abs are coming in and I keep getting leaner....slowly but surely. This stuff is working. I'm doing no cardio, eating right around maitenance and getting leaner. I cant wait to see what I look like after the full 30 days. The DOMS is still here but I like it. It makes me feel like I'm hitting my muscle HARD. Other than that, no sides to report. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I'm half way through this log and I feel like my fatloss is slowly getting there. My diet has been a little slacked the last couple weeks--usually I eat one meal per day that is not completely clean. Maybe something like subway or taco bell. I make sure I'm getting high protein even on the cheat meals. DCP is designed to stop fat gain when your diet isnt so great and I feel like its doing its job. I am continually leaning out...not much else to report. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Well I've been sick for the last 4 days so no training and diet hasnt been the best. I'm finally getting better and I'm going to be hitting the gym today. I cant wait to see the effects of adding Anabolic Pump. I dont know if its because I'm sick or what but my body appears much leaner in the mirror. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I've continued taking the DCP through being sick. I am nearly over it and unfortunately have only been able to get 1 workout in this week. I have about 3 days left on the DCP. I'm going to get at least 1 more workout in and take some Final Pics. I will then give my final review of DCP. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Well, yesterday was my last day on DCP. I've felt like my fatloss has come a long way but recently it seems as if I'm holding some water or something because I feel like I was leaner a week ago, when I was sick. Either way, my diet has been less than perfect for the course of this log and DCP is especially good at keeping you lean in those times. Judging by the pics, I dont see much difference. I'm weighing in right around 190 so I lost some weight and I think the cold may have contributed to that. DCP isn't the type of product that you "feel" working. I noticed some increase in DOMS towards the beginning but that seemed to subside. Perhaps the product is underdosed but I honestly don't feel like I got much out of the DCP. With a hefty pricetag of about $30, I definately would not buy it. Perhaps I am a nonresponder to TTA. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Well its been a few days off DCP. For some reason, I feel like my body is looking better. Bigger and leaner. Perhaps there is some water retention with TTA products that make it so that you can't really see how much fat has been lost. Either way, I feel like I'm looking better now. I have been going light on training and now I am completely over the cold I had. I'm gonna step it up and take some more pics soon. If you are gonna go with a TTA-based product, definately get DCP. Its the most well thought-out and best combo of ingredients I have seen in a TTA product. |
