| FDU Devils Weightlifter | So, I got my last supp today, so its time to start the stack from hell! Basically its this: Venom Hyperdrive Tribex Gold REZ-v Flameout I'm taking the above supps with the reccommended dosing. with the following supporting supplements: Fish Oil Xtend BCAA Glutamine Leucine Metabolic Drive Low-Carb Generic Multi-V ZMA Calcium Caseinate WPI (while it lasts) following Thib's periworkout nutrition according to: July 23rd - Nutrition and Maximal Fat Loss - Precision Nutrition Running a CKD (read: Keto) diet, w/ light cardio on most days, usually walking. Lifting 3 times a week, training for Olympic Weightlifting. Goal: Drop to under 85kgs (187lbs) from current weight of ~93kg (204lbs) My weight will be measured on my home scale, which is a few lbs off, this morning I was 201 on it, after 3 days of being on keto. Should be in ketosis by tonight. ![]()

Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 12 | you should consider a mild anabolic type thing like jungle warfare, though you take a lot of supplements as it is. Im not a huge supplement fan, but ive heard good things about JW. Also consider an ECA stack, it works incredibly well but the ephedrine is pretty expensive and it can have some nasty effects if you are susceptible. I dont even get jitters when I use it, but I get cut really fast.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | I'm using Venom b/c its cheap and its supposed to be really good. I'd use JW, if I wasn't going to compete in the USAW. I'm pretty sure JW or something like it would test positive. I might take it when I know when my competitions are and to avoid it, but right now I don't know when my next competition is. I might go for Alpha Male, as that I'm sure won't come up under a doping test.

Wake up : Take 1-2 Tribex (start w/ 1 then move to 2) Take 3 REZ-V With Meal 1: Take 1-2 Venom (start w/ 1, move to 2 only if I can tolerate it) 1 Flameout 5g Fishoil 1 scoop of Whey and Casein With Meal 2: 1 Flameout 5g Fishoil If training: PreWorkout: 2 Scoops Xtend or 6 BCAA tabs If Xtend no glutamin, otherwise 5g 5g Creatine 1/2 scoop Whey Intra-worktou 2+ scoops of Xtend or up to 15-18 BCAA tabs and glutamin Postworkout: 20g Glutamin 10-15g Leucine or some BCAA until I get Leucine 1 scoop Metabolic Drive Low Carb Before next meal: 1-2 Tribex tabs Meal 3: 1 Flameout 5g Fish Oil Meal 4: 1 Flameout Before Bed: 3 ZMA I think that covers it enough.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | Did my fancy schmancy peri-workout stuff. I did, 1/2 scoop of WPI, and 6 tabs of BCAA, 6 tabs of BCAA during workout, and during abs and benching, I sipped 5scoops of Xtend (took about 20mins to finish), then 10 mins post workout I had 1 scoop of Metabolic Drive and then Tribex 20 mins after that. Complex: Snatch, Snatch to 3 Overhead Squats 3 sets of 40kg Snatch Pulls 3 sets of 50kgx3 2 sets of 55kgx3 Squat Cleans 3 sets of 50kgx2 1 set of 55kgx2 1 set of 60kgx2, last clean I jerked it up easily. 1 set of 65kgx1 1 set of 70kgx1, 3 attempts, got it on the last attempt, jerked it, press'd out Front Squats 70kgx2 75kgx2 80kgx2 85kgx2 85kgx1 GHR Abs x15 x15 x10 Bench Press (lbs) 135x4 155x3 135x5 Took 1 Venom this morning, honestly, I'm disappointed in the stimulant. Hardly anything really. Was sweating a bit much today during lifting and my walk. I'm giving it until Monday, then I'll step it up to 2 in the morning. Took my Tribex and REZ-v, didn't really feel anything. Also got my Olympic weightlifting shoes today, they definitely helped my positioning and squats. Plus the wood heel sounds great hitting the wood platform.

| IronMassoholic | You measure your bench in lbs. but everything else in kgs? What's up with that? You shouldn't need the Tribex, as I previously mentioned. The Res-V is good stuff, plus the anti-E will help your natural test from not aromatizing. |
