| FDU Devils Weightlifter | aite, back on the high fat and such. I gained nothing on my carb up. Woke up at 199lbs again. I'm really getting hit with the brain fog and tiredness right now. It would be great if the venom would give me energy, but its not. I might take an easy walk tonight if I can. Tommorow I start taking 2 venom in the morning, and tuesday I'll start taking 2 Tribex 2x a day

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | 1 cap a day in the morning doesn't do anything to me. I took one at 1PM today w/ breakfast (slept til 12) and i could passed out at like 3pm. 2 caps better do something or its back to HRX for my final cut for november.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | so, I have to say this: 2 caps of Venom in the morning. I didn't feel anything more then when I took just 1 cap. And that 1 cap didn't feel any different then when I wasn't taking anything. I walked the dog 3 times today, and man that was a workout. Dog pulls like a mofo, but she listens when you tell her to slow. the peoples house I'm looking after, its really funny, how when the downstairs where everyone who visits see's is really nice and clean and good looking, but the bedrooms upstairs are a total MESS. The bedrooms are a disaster area, tons of unfinised walls. Andthese people got money to. looks aren't everything I guess. Weighed myself a bit before, and I was 199.5, AT NIGHT! I haven't seen that number this late in the day in ages, probably well over a year. musta been the haircut and beard trim

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | ok so 2 caps of venom this morning, w/ my whey/casein shake and I walked my friends dog, and came home and I could have went back to sleep! so, after talkingto midnight, I'm thinking about trying out the 2caps in the morning, and 1 cap right before bed, so it keeps me burning fat during the night. I'm running this protocol through Fnf though, she is the ALRi masta.

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | woohoo Snatch Complex (2 snatchs, 3 OHS) 2 sets of 40 2 Attempts to snatch 50 2 sets of 40 2 sets of 45 (2nd set of 45, I only OHS 2x, stood up and the bar fell back) Clean and Jerks (sets of 2 unless noted) 1 set of 45 3 sets of 50 2 sets of 55 2 sets of 60 2 attempts to clean 65 (pulled it once, high pulled it2nd time, just blanked) 1 set of 60 1 Attempt of 65 (cleaned it fine, jerked it way far out in front) 1 set of 65 (finally got it) Front Squats 70x2 75x2 80x3 ( I think I did 3, i forgot, I think 2nd rep my lowerback rounded and that was not fun trying to hold onto that) 85x2 87.5x1 [PR for weight + 2.5kg] Press/Push Press from BTN w/ jerk grip 2 sets of 40x5 2 sets of 42.5x5 yea, Snatchs today, I just wasn't pulling it right or something. I think had I went 40-45-50 I would have easily had 50. Just wasn't feeling it. Form issues: -if stance is to narrow for the squat on clean or snatch, feet go up on instep, must work on pushing knees out even more. -Need to throw the bar more on the snatch, I think I'm trying to pull it up w/ my arms -Need to dip to jerk more, and back foot rotates externally. I got a video of some clean and jerks, will upload later
