| Pink Members | This is my supplement log for Scivation's Sesamin I have been "out of training for approximately 2 weeks, give or take a few days, but have restarted TODAY and am very excited about trying this Sesamin! Age: 36 Starting weight: :mask: 225lbs (this morning... although I am quite bloated...yuck...this is 10lbs higher than it was 2 weeks ago (thanks to the Hurricane scare and going off plan) but I am determined to get this weight off!) Goal weight: 160lbs ( obviously not by the end of this log...LOL...but eventually...slow and steady) Lifting experience: approximately 2 years of lifting...no bodybuilding competitions...just teaching myself how to lift at home to gain lean body mass and lose fat. Training schedule: Basic Push/Pull split... mixed up with HIIT and steady state cardio Other supps I am taking: Fish oil (6g/day) Multivitamin Diet: Strictly low carb...15% or less daily carbs, high protein, higher fat I will come in and post my macros at the end of each evening. | Pink Members | Dosage: 1 softgel 3 times a day w/ food. Today I took my first dose of 1 softgel at 8am when I had my pre HIIT protein shake. Second dose was with lunch today at 1:40pm. Third and last dose for today I took at 9pm with dinner. Todays' workout: HIIT cardio Thought's: Being as it is only Day 1, I cant say I noticed anything different! Here are my macros for today: Total: 1858 Fat:122 1097 60% Sat:35 319 18% Poly:42 380 21% Mono:31 275 15% Carbs:42 135 7% Fiber:8 0 0% Protein:146 582 32% Have a great night! | Pink Members | I got up last night and was looking for something to eat...LOL...ended up eating a can of vienna sausages and 10 baby carrots dipped in spinach dip...here are my adjusted macros... Total: 2149 Fat: 146 1318 63% Sat: 48 432 21% Poly: 43 386 18% Mono: 34 307 15% Carbs: 54 175 8% Fiber: 10 0 0% Protein: 153 613 29% Alcohol: 0 0 0% and I still lost 5lbs overnight on the scale! I havent really felt any changes in anything yet. I am steadily dropping weight every night so far though...water retention I am sure (from my 10 day blowout...lol)...but any drop in the scale is a welcome one for me! Eating was decent, although I am still perfecting things. I really will be tweaking out all the "not so clean" foods (like beef sticks and too many cashews) starting tomorrow. I did noticed today that when I go pee I kinda feel a tiny bit of tightness in my right side, bladder area. I dont know if it's related to the Sesamin, but I will keep notice of it from this point on. It's hard to describe actually...not exactly a tightness...more just like a feeling...no real pain, just a little crampy feeling... Eating was fine today! Carbs are a tad higher than I like, and my fat was a little high thanks to me and 3 oz. of cashews...lol...but overall it's fine... I had to talk myself through every single cycle! hahaaaa....but I got it completed and I am thrilled!! Feels great to do the right thing! Weight on the scale is up 5lbs this morning. I am quite certain it is hormonal, and I am hoping to see a change in the next few days.
