I no longer use creamer in my coffee at least....and I will switch to Splenda when I run out of Sweet n Low too. Last night my nose was totally congested and stuffy so I took 2 Benedryl. This made me feel a lot better and I slept like a baby! When I woke up this morning I realized I had been visited by that monthly T.O.M...this explains some of the water retention I have been dealing with!
