Post Omega Sports Cre-Ethyl Thunder Log/Review

Ok. I decided I would do my first review of a product. I will be following a modified BFS split. I will probably change it up some over the summer though. I start lifting on June 13, 2005.

Supplements I will be taking during this time:
Omega Sports Cre-Ethyl Thunder
Nitro-Tech (Don't flame I didn't buy)
Cheap multivitamin( One-a-day or GNC Mega Men)

As of now I am 5'11" 155lbs. I expect to add on some size when taking this but also up my strength a lot.

My Max numbers as of now:
Flat Bench:170
Parallel Squat: 155 (don't have a squat rack so I will be using Dumbell squats)
Powerclean: 140ish
Deadlift: 295x4 (using a hex-bar)

I hope to make good gains through out this journal in my lifts and added size.
The journal will run for 30 days starting the 13th since that is how long the CET last for. Hopefully this will help someone decide whether on not to get CET.

Ideal use for the Omege Sports Cre-Ethyl Thunder. 30 minutes before workout on empty stomach take 8 capsules. On off day use 8 capsule, I plan on taking 4 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon. The CET is 240 capsules and will again last 30 days.

Guys I'm starting the thing today instead of Monday. I have everything. Plus I'm going to Golds today. Going to work the chest and legs. Like normal in the BFS program.

Ok. Went to Gold's today. Just mostly trying to get use to the machines. Did notice and increased pump.

Bench:
135x5
150x3
Stopped. It is harder on this bench. It is weird.

Leg Press: First time doing this:
135x10
225x8
315x0 Close to locking out.

Tried some of the hammer strength machines out. It was pretty neat.

Shrug machine:
45 plates on each sidex10
2 45 plates on each sidex8
2 45 plates and a 25 on each sidex8
3 45 plates on each sidex8

Dips:
bwx5
bwx5 easys Doing weighted next time.

seated calve raises:
60x15
60x15

Wasn't a very good workout. Kind of was wandering around getting used to the machines.

Ok. Today was a not lifting. Was still a little sore from yesterday. Took 4 around 10 and 4 around 6:30. Haven't noticed anything much, but it far to early to tell. Though yesterday when I lifted my triceps felt like they where going to explode.

Ok did biceps today. Nothing special really. Tomorrow is back maybe and chest, trying to get my routine all together. Omega Sports Cre-ethyl thunder is my new friend. On my curls and stuff veins where popping out on my forearms everywhere. Veins that aren't even visible before lifting jump out. It is crazy good stuff. Amazing pump. Noticable size gain in arms already. Not huge gains but gains.
Alternating dumbell curls light:
25x10

Alternating dumbell curls heavy:
35x7

straight bar curls:
75x5
75x4
75x3
75x1(Tired Veins were crazy.)

Thumbs down

Had very little time to lift this weekend.
Incline bench:
135x3 assist some

Calve machine seated:
120x10
140x10
160x10
160x5

shrugs machines:
225x10
315x8
315x5

Ran out of time. Been sick lately. Today I'm going to work my chest, and my forearms.

That was yesterdays workout. I haven't done chest hard in a few weeks. So I have lost some strength.

Flat bench:
135x5
145x5
155x2 Strength has went down some.

Not really a workout since I worked bi's and tri's and legs and trap earlier in the week. Did some wrist curls but can't remember the numbers.

Ok. The start of my routine. A decent routine. For once can you believe it? Ok the CET has kicked in some.
Chest/tris/bi's

Flat Bench:
135x5
150x4
160x2 First time doing with olympic weights so that is an increase.

Incline dumbell press: new lift:
30x10 easier, up weight, controller muscles are weak.

flat flies:
forgot to do

Dips:
bwx8
bwx5
bwx3 I leaned over on these and it really hit my chest hard.

CGBP:
forgot to do

Straight bar curls:
70x8

Closegrip easy curl bar:
60x8 this suck, my friend told me to try them. Sorta hurt my wrist.

Overall a good workout, tomorrow is legs.

I though I would add a few things that I saw in Proverbs review/log that I have noticed while on Cre-ethyl Thunder. During my workouts there is far more prespiration, so I continue to refill my water bottles. Also I doubt this is a side effect from it but I have a little more acne, most likely not from this though. I have noticed an increase pump, and little strength gains thus far. I will have been taking this product for 1 week now. So most likely it has not kicked in its full effect. Also I never received the Niacin rush that most customers did. I am taken this product on an empty stomach as it is recommended. We will see I guess.

Well I didn't get to do legs on Tuesday and Wednesday was an off day. Today I did back/bi's/calves/traps

Standing Calve raise machine:
180x10

Seated Calve raise:
120x10
160x15
120x15

Lat Pulldown:
100x10
110x10
110x10

Rows:?!? I think
100x8
110x10

Straight bar curls:
60x10
60x10
70x5

Shrug Machine:
2 plates on each sidex10
3 plates on each sidex8
3 plates on each sidex5

Should have done some bent-over rows. Fair workout. Felt a good pump from the CET. Tomorrow is chest and tri's again.

Since I didn't get a chance to go to the gym yesterday I had to do chest and tri's at the house. Which I really didn't do anything. Tri's were sore. Just not feeling it.
135x5
155x3
Was going to do 165x... but didn't have a spotter.

Monday is chest and tri's again maybe I will do better. I have noticed and increase size in my arms due to the CET I believe.

Missed chest Monday at Gold's so did it at house. Just some bench. Late night

135x5 uggg tired
165x2 PR Could have done 3. No spot though.

Tuesday Legs at Gold's. Pathetic. Didn't sleep much or maybe because it was early but this was a shitty workout.

Leg Press:
225x8
225x0 ? IDK. This pissed me off.

Leg Extensions:
100x10
110x8

Leg Curls:
100x10
110x8

SLDL:
135x8 PR +20 lbs
155x8 PR +40 lbs

Seated Calve Raises:
120x10
160x8 Stopped after this had to leave.

Decent pump but was really pissed about the legs. Did notice a little stomach discomfort though.

Thumbs up

Im going to stop posting the workouts. Just will tell about pump and if I have had any strength gains. Today I had insane pump during my curls. I mean my arns where much fuller and more vascular. The pump was near painful. Good stuff.

I wish I could have kept a log on here for my 6 week Thunder cycle...lifts went thru the roof. Most notably, my incline bench jumped 40 pounds from 185 to 225 for my sets. It is definitely a product you guys should give a shot; far and away the best creatine product I've ever used.

Do you have a copy of it somewhere else? If you do and you have time it would be great if you could copy and paste it here. I'd like to read it and I'm sure others would benifit also.

I wish. I was still admidst the disaster that is finals at Wash U, so I decided that I'd keep a log in the fall(if I liked it). I'm gonna have a month off of it to get it all outta my system, and then 6-8 weeks starting in September to keep a log. It'll be nice to see how I respond to it the second time around anyway.

it produced great pumps for me and a slight increase in mass and overall strength. nothing creatine mono didn't do though.

Wow. I would have continued it if anyone actually responded or noticed it. Sadly I stopped about half way through a bottle and didnt start up until earlier this week. I WILL be ordering more. This is a great product, smaller strength gains due to my lack of consistency. Though the pump was insane and muscle hardness and fullness/mass was up some. Actually it was a great size gain for the short period of time I used it. I'll continue to post strength gains and such or if you want to follow up on my progress you can look at Flowsybaby's Awakening Journal in the workout log section. At one time I was cross posting so I decided I better stop that and just write my gains and other thoughts. Thanks for the interest.
