Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | I thought I would do a review of these products together. I haven't seen to many logs showing the synergistic effects when these 2 are combined so I thought I would do one for Ironmass. Throughout this review I will do my best to maintain my diet and my training will be similar through all 30 days. I'll note any strength gains or sides if any. This will be updated nearly everyday with my input on these products. I'll update this when I start taking it. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | Day 1! I must say the pump is awesome. I finally felt the warm sensation some expirence when on CET. It was awesome.. My arms are so pumped there like 1/2 in bigger. Weights went up much easier. |

Monday: towel bench box squat Tuesday: auxillarys Wednesday: Powerclean hex-bar deadlift Thursday: auxillarys Friday: flat bench parallel squat This will change time to time. Wednesday will be like any other back and bi's day. The "auxillarys" days may be done either on core days or the one's set aside for it. Auxillarys are alternating db curls, ez-curl bar, lat pulldown, leg extensions, tricep pushdown, CGBP, dips, bent over rows, long bar rows, calve raises and SLDL. It may include more along the way. My lifting schedule is kind of messed up as of now. It needs to get fixed soon. Measurements as of now: Pathetic I know Left bicep: 13.5" Right bicep: 13.25" Left forearm: 11.5" Right forearm: 11.5" Left quad: 22" Right quad: 21" Left calf: 15" Right calf: 15" Neck: 15" Chest: 38" Height: 5' 11" Weight: 154 lbs Estimate BF%: 11% |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 9 | Day 3! Off day. Day 4! Again noticed the warm feeling. I must say strength is throught the roof. I will be buying these again. Also I notice a reduced soreness. Its awesome. Still need to up water intake. |
