Weight: 229

Comments: Normally on Saturday I do low intensity cardio and weak bodypart training, but I was too tired this morning for anything more than walking around the track. I'm down 2 lbs for the week, which is my target amount of weight loss per week, so I'm happy with that. The main difference is that the weight is coming off the "stubborn areas" that normally are the last to shrink when I cut. When I look in the mirror it's hard to believe that it's only 2 lbs because it looks like much more.

No I have not, but I researched them, and that's exactly why I didn't take them people seem to be pretty decided on the idea that "x"-ALA is over hyped and under delivers.

Who knows, you might be done cutting by the end of your red acid log

What areas specifically is your fat coming off? chest and hips? How is the abdomen/love handle area?

Ya, I might be done cutting by the end of Red Acid.

The fat is mostly coming off my abdomen and hips, especially the stubborn love handles. My chest is looking a lot leaner too.

Mine was only 80 bucks =)

Good to hear it's working on trouble spots, especially with me doing nha stack so soon. Even though I'm bulking I'm pretty hopeful there will be some overall composition changes taking place. Estrogen is a nasty hormone when it comes to fat storage.

How are your joints feeling?

I have a camera, but I don't like posting pics of myself on the net.

My joints are feeling good, even with the strength increases over the past 3 weeks. I'm also taking a joint support formula.

Comments: I was in too big of a hurry to weigh myself this morning so I'll have to update that tomorrow. Strength was up a little bit from last Monday's dismal workout, but still down a little bit overall. Although I'm a little disappointed in the strength loss, my strength is still maintaining a higher level during this cut than previous cuts. I'm not really too worried about it because once I start eating maintenance calories and above again in a couple months I know it will come back rather quickly.

Comments: Workout was good again today and my weight was about the same this morning. Tomorrow is my last day with the 2 cap dose. I've been feeling pretty tired lately, but again, I can't really say if it's from the Rebound or just my schedule. Either way, I'm happy with the results so far.
