Comments: I'm feeling better today, but my weight is up a little bit (just over 1/2 lb) from my cheat meal/maintenance day yesterday. Regardless, I'm still looking leaner every day, especially in the chest and mid-section.

Comments: I've been feeling tired a lot lately and I'm not sure if this is due to my schedule or the Rebound XT. I was a little under 232 this morning, the lowest weight I've been down to so far. My pants are fitting a lot looser now and after a few more pounds I'm going to be ready for some smaller ones.

Comments: Strength is still way up, I'm getting leaner by the day, and libido is fine. After thinking about the dosage, I'm going to revise the dosage schedule to:
  • First 26 days --> 2 per day
  • Last 8 days --> 1 per day

I want to step the dosage down at the end, but taking 1 per day for 18 days seemed like a waste to me.

Comments: Down a fraction of a pound from yesterday until today, but down 3 pounds for the week! Strength is still up and I'm still getting leaner, and at least to my eye muscle loss at this point is non-existant to minimal (I can't notice any). Vascularity and definition are also much greater. :bigthumbu

No, I started at 2 a day but I changed the dosage I'm planning on using at the end of the cycle.

Read the log I did on it. If you like XT you'd love it and with 100% honesty it has the least sides of any hormone altering substance I've ever used. There aren't many product's ph or otherwise that I look forward to using again but I can't wait to use it again in the spring for my cut.

Comments: I felt weaker in the gym today, but I didn't get much sleep this weekend at all. Saturday night I only got about 4 hours and last night about 4 hours which is not enough for me. Unfortunately it couldn't be avoided. I hope that the decrease in strength is due to lack of sleep and not my cut.

I was just a bit over 230 this morning. So far I have not lost any size in my arms, and I am looking leaner and leaner every morning when I look in the mirror.
