I was a little under 232 this morning, the lowest weight I've been down to so far. Strength is still up and I'm still getting leaner, and at least to my eye muscle loss at this point is non-existant to minimal (I can't notice any). Saturday night I only got about 4 hours and last night about 4 hours which is not enough for me. Unfortunately it couldn't be avoided. I hope that the decrease in strength is due to lack of sleep and not my cut. I was just a bit over 230 this morning. So far I have not lost any size in my arms, and I am looking leaner and leaner every morning when I look in the mirror. ![]() |
