Day 18-21:

dosing was 2 pills at 7am, 1 pill at 4pm, 1 pill at 9pm. that was the best i could come up with since i was at the racetrack and in the car all day.
*finished 3rd in my first race EVER!

Day 22: Chest

Normal dosing and felt alright in the gym. I felt week since i was not able to eat as much as i wanted

Day 23: Cardio/Abs
Ran 10min at 7.5mph and did heavy abs

...later tonight...back/bis

DAY 23: back and bis felt awesome once again! i curled 125lbs x4 and 140lbs x1

Day 24: Legs
I absolutely killed legs and they felt real great with a good pump.

Day 25: cardio/abs in the morning (1mil at 8mph)
shoulders tonight!

DAY 29: felt sick the night before with a fever and ish... eehhh all day long and decided to just run and do abs...felt good doing that

DAY 30: still not feeling 100% and having some joint aches. (sign its workin?) lol

CHEST/TRI
Felt good and got some good lifts in. 95lb dumbbells on incline for 6 and had a great pump!

DAY 31: Back/Bi

Everythign went good as usual on back and bi day. rowed 240lbs for about 3.8 () PR weight.

curled 125x4 again but did not "max" out and do 1 rep this time.

DAY 32: LEGS

killed legs as usual, went up in weight on about everything. Great pump and i can barely walk lol

elbows are a little achey...(side effect)

***you guys have no idea how bad im craving some peanut butter! lol uuughghghg

I also have noticed a different in my abs. from a combination of the diet, workout, cardio, and X = good change!!!
