| IMPC Contestant | Decided to make a log on this so that others can get a feel for this product.... here's my stats: Male 16 (17 in 3 days) year old 157 lbs 9% bf 5'11 Lifting experince: 6 months of serious lifting. Here's my workout: Monday: Chest/Tri Lifting, Swimming Tuesday: Legs/Forearms, Swimming Wednesday: Swimming Thursday: Shoulders/Abs, Swimming Friday: Back/Bis, Swimming This is my usual schedule, I will be posting on everyday except sunday. I will take 2 servings of Xtend while lifting, and 1 before swimming. My diet is currently ~4000 calories, but I'm going to bump it up to ~4500-5000 calories. I get at least 330g of protein a day and 80g of fats, the rest is carbs. Each day I will write down: Soreness: Fatigue: Performance: These will be rated out of 10. Performance will be from both lifting and swimming, I will also write down notes. Any suggestions for me to add to this log? Please tell me. This will be my first serious on going log.

| IMPC Contestant | Wednesday (Bday wooo) 3pm swimming (2 servings) Soreness:5 Fatigue:5 Performance:9 We did lactates in swimming today, I held 4 1:00 minute 100 meter freestyle sprints, and 1 :58 second (the last) sprint, so I was happy with this. This is MUCH faster than before, however, the rests were longer (8 minutes). I also will start noting when I take the servings and how many servings I take. Each serving is 2 scoops as I weigh 157lbs

| IMPC Contestant | Thursday 9AM Lifting (2 servings) Soreness: 5 Fatigue: 3 Perforamce: 2 Horrible shoulder workout today, so bad I'm going to make it up in 2 days. Alot of factors contributed to this, but it has nothing to do with the ineffectivness of Xtend or anything like that. I was pleastly suprised how not-sore my legs were yesterday. They're just as sore today as they were yesterday (stiff, hurts to flex, but walkable) but I'd imagine by tommorow they'll feel great.

| IMPC Contestant | Thursday 5:40am lifting (2 servings) + 3pm swimming (1 serving) Soreness: 8.5 Fatigue: 8.5 Performance: 6 Very tired, very sore (shoulders and tris are just killing me, legs STILL sore from tuesday's leg workout) and very tired. I had a horrible rest last night. Didn't fall asleep till 11:30 (or at least this was the last time I looked at the clock) and woke up at 5AM. Also it was a very broken light sleep. No good at all. For god's sake, I laid down in bed at 8:30... just shit. I'll sleep well tonight I'd imagine.

Did an OK job at my meet (broke old personal records) and lifting was fine. Didn't update it yesterday because I was gone almost all day. Sorry lol
