  • I spent most of the day packing things up so I didn't get any cardio in. Three times this week will be fine.
  • I'm going home after my last final, so I have to find a gym for Friday. I shouldn't miss a workout, but I've never been to any of the gyms around my house that are still open. Gotta find one with everything I need.

Day 25 - May 4 - High Carb

Supplements:
  • Multi

  • Barbell Curls: 105 x 15 (X)
  • Hammer Curls: 50 x 15 SS (+1 rep)
  • Seated Calf Raises: 4 plates+35 x 12 SS (+10 lbs)
  • Seated Leg Curls: 150 x 30 RP (+7 reps)
  • Squats: 315 x 8, 265 x 20 (+10lbs)

  • Got a little cramp in my calf today after cardio, but haven't felt a thing since then.
  • Now the hard part- trying to resist my mom's temptations to shove her deliciously bad for me food down my throat. When she saw me today she said I had lost a ton of weight, but you said I should ignore that right uhockey? :p

Nah, it's not a secret. High Carb days have a lot of oats, egg whites, chicken, lean ground beef, occassional whole wheat pasta and wheat bread. Low Carb day just about all of the carbs come from oats and then whole eggs, chicken, and natural peanut butter. No Carb days is just a lot of chicken, whole eggs, and some peanut butter. Oh, and of course whey protein everyday (usually 2 scoops postworkout and 3 others scattered throughout the day). The only reason I don't really keep track of it is because this is the one way to diet I've found I don't have to be too anal about everything. I get tired of tracking every calorie that I eat.

It took some getting used to, but I actually feel pretty good on no carb days now.

If you're looking to lean out but stay "full looking" for the beach, I'd go with LX, GXR, and Thunder. Sesa and cAMP can make people look flat, although the combo seems to do well for decreasing bf%.

How do you think I should go about dosing the GXR while carb cycling?
