  • Melting Point - 6 caps (2caps x 3)
  • Basic Cuts - 4 caps (2caps x 2)
  • Taurine - 3 grams

  • None

Notes, Sides, Etc.
  • Nothing at all special about today. A lot of speech writing... and wasting time while I should be writing a speech.

Weight today after my high carb yesterday is 213.5. That puts me down seven pounds since the start. Here are some progress pictures. Now let's see if I can get these to lineup..

Workout:
  • Barbell CUrls: 105 x 13 RP (+1 rep)
  • Hammer CUrls: 50 x 14 SS (+5lbs)
  • Seated Calf Raises: 4 plates + 25 x 12 SS (+25lbs)
  • Seated Leg Curls: 150 x 23 RP (+3 reps)
  • Squats: 315 x 8, 255 x 20 SS (+10lbs)

Cardio:
  • HIIT: 10 minutes

Notes, Sides, Etc.
  • I don’t see a big difference from the progress pictures, but I feel like my clothes (especially my shorts) are fitting a little looser.
  • I was dragging all day today, but don’t know if that’s supplement related or just me being worn out mentally from speech writing. I could only get 10 minutes of HIIT in because I was so tired.

So hed do you notice a body change from when you were at this weight last time prior to your PP cycle? Do you have more lean mass now?

I think there's a difference, but it's hard to tell by looking at myself in the mirror/in pictures. I know I'm bigger, especially my delts, but the fat gain from the cycle has me caring less about that at the moment. I really didn't think I had gained all that much fat from the cycle until I saw some pictures. It's funny how seeing yourself in the mirror everyday changes your perspective. Erg, endo genetics. :evil:
