Default Green Bulge and White Blood log by sword chucks

I thought I'd start a log to show my progress on White Blood and Green Bulge, I think these products sound very solid, so I hope they deliver. Ill give some basic info

Supplement history
-Was on creatine mono from february until 10 days ago
-Never used a NO enhanceing product before
-Been megadosing XTend for 4-5 weeks and gonna continue
-using all the standards, fish oil, multi, whey, dextrose

Training
-I don't really know how to sum up the lifting program I'm on, its increased frequency (more than once a week per muscle) but lower volume than most.
-Gonna have football starting tomorrow, but it won't be a ridiculous amount of running, because we already did conditioning for 6 weeks before the season. were gonna be sitting in the school watching slide shows about football for like 30 min a practice too which is kinda cool.
-Ill be working out separate from football, separated by 6-8 hrs

Diet
-high protein (2g/lb)
-as much carbs as I want in 4 meals per day (pre-post practice, pre-post workout) probably around 400 grams
-a good deal of quality fat
-8L (2 gallons) water daily

Before this log
-just finished a 10 week bodyfat dropping period, I went from 178 at 20% to 162 at 10%, thats a 2lb mass gain with 18lbs lost in fat, and I just did one week at a regular calorie intake while de loading. Keep in mind in a deload you still train instensely, just lower volume and workout less often.

Other stuff
-Weight and body fat reading tomorrow morning
-I have pics from last monday, Ill try to get them up but I need to get the disk back from my camera
-Feel free to ask for any more info on feedback and stuff like that, that's what this is for

Just a few comments. Why don't you cycle your creatine? I've read several different schools of thought on this and the most popular is still the 6 weeks on 2 off schedule. Just curious why you choose to stay on without breaks. The second in your diet when you say your spreading your carbs between 4 meals does that mean your only eating 4 or only having carbs in 4 of your meals but are eating more often? And last that is an impressive fat loss over the 10 weeks. :nosthumbs

It's like the DC diet DF. He eats 4 meals before a time, say 7PM and stuff down the carbs and make sure glycogen doesn't build up over the night.

I dont cycle creatine mostly because I just want to keep the effects constant. I bet I would have had noticed effects from creatine sooner if I cycled though.

For the carbs thing, I eat other meals as well besides pre and post exercise, im shooting for 6-8 a day though like this

meal 1- carb meal
during workout shake
meal 2- carb meal
meal 3- not a carb meal
meal 4- carb meal
during workout shake
meal 5- carb meal
meal 6- not a carb meal
meal 7- not a carb meal

And thanks for the fat loss comment :bigthumbu feels good for it to be off

Stats from day 1:

Day 1 (8-22-05)
Bodyweight 161.0
Waist 31 inches
Suprailiac 10mm
Bodyfat 10.6%
Lean mass 144 pounds
Fat mass 17 pounds

Lost some water weight cause of being off creatine. So that throws off my stats a bit. But according to this I also gained 1 pound of fat, which stinks, but next week I will be more active.

lol, 5hrs of football per day isnt enough? Season just started this week.

Feeling pre-workout: Doubtful in my strength, I felt like I had no energy, like I would get in there and not be able to even get up my weights. I waited as long as I could after practice before I hit the gym so I'd be recovered, since after practice, I was very tired.

8/22/05 Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

Incline DB Press DS 65x6
Decline Smithe 135x16rp (9-5-2)
Crossovers 50x8, 60x6
Mach OH press 60x17rp (10-3-4)
Side Laterals 30x10, 30x8
Overhead ext DS 65x4->45x8->35x4
Pressdowns 110x6
Duration 30min

****, I'm tired. I was pretty happy when I hit the 65 for incline DB presses for 6 solid reps considereing i felt like shit and slept all day after practice and the warm-up felt heavy too. Decline smithes felt AWESOME, I focused on flexing the weight up on there. I wasn't feeling CGBP today so didn't do it.

As for green bulge/white blood: I woke up like an hour before this workout and ended up taking them 30 min pre-workout instead of the advised 45. Today isn't the best day to gauge how they affected me, but I can't wait until the creatine "sets in", I feel so much more in-shape while I'm on creatine.

1 hour after the workout, I'm still feeling a pump in my chest, shoulders and tris (usually it goes away). That's a nice thing.

EDIT: I forgot to say, I didn't go to failure here. I had a faint headache for one. Also going to failure training this often isn't really a good idea imo. I'm gonna increase volume though once I test my recovery out.

Blue text means it is a personal best.

thanks bro! thats my plan Right now, Im just up to the strength of the other athletic kids... so I'll pass their strength soon

Pre-workout thoughts: Normal mood. I was glad that I wasn't completely worn out, actually had good energy, just not as good as normal.

8/23/05 Back, Rear Delts, Biceps

Weighted Chins BW+10x6
Rear Pulldown 100x13rp (7-4-2)
SC Cable row 140x6
Single arm row 80x8, 90x4
Lying rear lateral raises 15x8, 15x8
DB shrugs looking down 80x8, 80x6
Standing EZ curl 85x5
DB Spider curls 25x6, 20x6
Duration 40 min

Amazing workout. Great mind-muscle connection to the back. Rear pulldowns were great especially. I also really contracted the back hard on single arm rows. I tied PR's on biceps, but it was after back which makes it a PR in a way. DB spider curls felt awesome. Overall, strength levels were very good today.

Green Bulge/White Blood stuff- well, I'm feeling a nice pump in the rear delts and bis right now, and when I hit a lat spread I was surprised at how big they looked when pumped up. I think GB improved my endurance too and recovery between sets.

Very nice!

The GB and WB is a very nice product that Controlled Labs brought us. I am looking into it, looking at some logs at BB.com and here too.

thanks bro. GB and WB are pretty cool, the color thing is creative too imo, makes the product more attractive

8/24/05 Legs

Close ATG squat 165x6
Med. leg press 415x8, 450x4
Leg extension 130x13rp (7-4-2)
Stiff leg deadlift 215x6
Single leg curl 80x8, 100x4
Donkey calves 515x8, 540x4
DC Donkey calves 400x10rp (7-3)
Reverse calf raises 45x30, 45x30
Stretching ~6 min
Duration 40min

Awesome workout. My whole legs were lightly toasted today, it felt great. I thought the low volume still hit the legs just fine. Close stance squats were humbling... I really struggled with 165. I finally got my groove back for leg presses and I'm gonna be tearin it up on them soon enough! SLDL was awesome, better form than last time too. The lower leg movements also felt very good.

GB/WB- I think they really helped the pump, especially in my calves, my calves and tibialis had a serious pump

I did plenty of stretching and contrast showering to prevent that

8/25/05 Chest, Shoulders, Triceps

Chest Dips BW+50x6
Chest Dips DS BW+45x3->BWx12
Seated DB 50x4
BTN Smythe 75x17rp (10-4-3)
Leaning Lateral 20x10, 25x8
Front EZ Raise 65x8, 75x8
Triceps dips DS BW+25x5->BWx5
Lying ext DS 75x6->40x8
Donkey Calves 400x12,10,8,6,4,2
Extreme stretches ~5min
Duration 40 min

Solid workout. On dips, 50 felt easier than last time, but this time it started to cause pain in my chest so I stopped. I think that’s because I’m at a new gym, and the dip bars are a little wider. Seated DB presses refuse to go up, which is just gay, but I made sure to go nice and slow so at least those 4 were a solid 4 reps. BTN Smythe was great though. I liked the lateral raises too. Triceps went great, the DS was awesome. After that I did those 6 sets of calves with about 20s rest in between each.

WB/GB stuff- triceps felt good during the exercises, I suppose the pump was improved a bit

I believe it stands for bar-to-neck. It's where you lower the bar to your throat area instead of your chest. It gives a great stretch to your upper pecs, you just have to make sure your shoulders and rotator cuffs can handle them. Unfortunately, mine can't anymore.

BTN = behind the neck

8/26/05 Back, Rear Delts, Biceps

Wide Lat Pulldown 120X7, 120X6
V-bar pulldown 100X11rp (6-3-2)
Bent Barbell Row 185X8, 215X4 (ugly)
Standing BB shrug 275X8
Seated face pulls 40X10, 50X6, 50X6
Lying rear raises 10X10, 10X10, 10X10
Preacher curl 65X11, 65X5
Hammer curl DS 45X6->35X5
Donkey calf raise 400X8
Duration 40 min

Decent workout. Lat pulldowns were great for me because these were on the machine where the weight feels really heavy. 7 reps was a big surprise there, I was about to settle for 100lbs, but didnt. I did T-bar rows and they were shitty, I couldn't do 160 too well, so I tried BB rows, and did the sets but my form was pretty ugly. Rear delt and trap work was great. Face pulls felt good in the upper traps/rear delts, and on the lying raises, I used a thumbs down grip and they burned like crazy. On biceps, preacher curls were awesome, but hammer curls didn't go as well.

as for GB/WB- I think that it definately added to the pump, my biceps were really feeling the pump through this whole workout. My rear delts got blown up really good too. Good deal
