Default Green Bulge + Blue Rhino + White Blood Log

Yes it is another Controlled Labs log, but I figured every little bit helps and this would be an esay way to keep me motivated. Alright on to the good stuff:

Age - 19
Height - 5'8
Weight - 155-158

Weight Training Philospohy and History -

Been training seriously for about a year. My philosphy is to go HEAVY!!! I love Max-OT but I like to incooperate a little bit of higher volume then Max-OT reccomends. They reccomend about 9 sets a body part, I aim for 12-15 sets depending on how good I am feeling. Current Split is as follows:

Day 1 - Legs
Day 2 - Chest
Day 3 - Shoulders
Day 4 - Arms
Day 5 - Back
Day 6 + 7 - Rest

I am currently bulking and I have pics somewhere on this website. I posted them around July so I will try to find them and give you guys the url.

My diet includes these types of foods and liquids -

Deli Meats
Lean Red Meat
Chicken Breasts
Whole Wheat Pasta
Prego Mushroom Pasta sauce
Campbells Ravioli with ground beef
Shrimp
Assorted fruits and veggies
Peanut Butter
Whole Grain Bread
Milk
Soy Nuts
Tuna
Eggs
Special K
Yogurt
Rice
Orange Juice
V8

I am a college student so my diet isn't going to be the best and I work as a waiter/bartender. I usually drink boost or have some sort of corn tortilla with some chicken or ground beef in between my 4-6 hour night depending on how buzy it is.

I usually workout in the late afternoon or early evening between 6-9pm and I will try to get two gallons of water in a day.

I have put on a little bit of size since these pictures and I feel I look a lot better and more defined.

Maxed out on the big 3 two weeks ago -
Bench - 230
Squat - 300
Deadlift - 300

Day 1 - Arm Day

Took Green Bulge an hour before working out and WB + BR about 35 mins before. Got to say I was pumped, feeling you get anytime something sparks new motivation in you to grow and hit the iron hard. Drinking a lot of water too and without further ado, here's my workout:

Triceps -
Close Grip BB Bench - 2 sets of 155 x 6
Close Grip DB Bench - 2 sets of 60s x 5 (only hit 4 on second set)
Skull Crushers on flat bench - 2 sets of 70 x 6
Skull Crushers on 30 degree incline - 2 sets of 70 x 4
Pull Downs - 3 sets of 110


Biceps -
Bent over DB curls - 2 sets of 30s x 8 (gotta up the weight next time, PR btw)
Bentover BB Curls - 2 sets of 60 x 6
Preacher Curls on a 90 degree preacher bench(very steep) - 2 sets of 45 x 4
Incline DB Hammer Curls - 2 sets of 20s x 5
Cable Curls - 2 sets of 60 x 6

Overrall this was a really good workout. Was pumped to start this stack so everything was intense, crisp, and feeling good. Stay tuned for day 2....

Day 2 - Back

Wide-grip pullups - 2 sets of 8
Hammer grip pullups - 2 sets of 8
Deadlifts - 1 x 235 for 6reps 1 x 255 for 5reps 1 x 275 for 4 reps(with long negative).
Hammer Grip DB Rows - 2 sets of 6 with 40s
Good Mornings - 2 sets of 6 with barbell.
Low Row - 2 sets of 6

Overrall, good workout. Took Green Bulge about an hour before workout and BR + WB about a half hour before. Nothing to report yet since it is only the second day. My intensity and focus are all there because of my excitment of the stack. I am drinking a ton of water and pissing every hour and in my stellar astronomy class, I left 3 times to go take a piss, my proffessor must've been like WTF?!?! After deadlifts I was really dead so my workout wasn't as focused as I would've liked but I managed to do some decent poundage, just didn't have the "eye of the tiger" after deadlifts. Leg Day is next....
