Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hey guys I picked up a bottle of Scorch and Clout to run a log on at the Arnold Classic. My internet time has been really limited the past few months, but I am looking to get involved again with some of the better communities like this one. Anyways, while my MAN experience is limited to one bottle of Scorch way back when it first came out, I've often been impressed by the way J-Rod, Androgenic, and Toad have handled themselves on the forums and off. This has led me to take the plunge with them and use their products during my cut. Clout: http://www.manb2p.com/products_clout.html Scorch: http://www.manb2p.com/products_scorch.html So I started my cut at about 272 a month ago Stats: Height: 6'4'' Weight: 264 Chest: 50'' Waist: 41-3/4''(full stomach) Arms: 17'' (Were 18 1/2 but skipped training bi's for ~months) Legs: 31'' Calves: 18'' I have a lot of improving to do, I was shocked to see how much my arm measurement went down, but legs are up an inch since 2 months ago. Supplements MAN Clout 2 servings daily MAN Scorch 3 servings (2 caps) ed GNC Fish Oil Various GNC Mutli-Vitamins Primaforce Elastamine Green Food Supplement Diet and Training Low Carb/Carb Cycling Modified West Side Training

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | actually did start the stack on Tuesday, March 21st so here are a couple entries to get caught up. 3/21 Max Effort Upper Body Bench: 225X4 Incline DB: 70X10, 70X8, 70X7 T-Bar Rows: 135X15, 135X15, 135X15, 135X15 Bent DB Flys: 20X10, 20X10, 25X10 Abs 20 min cardio 3/23 Max Effort Lower Rack Pulls: 275X5, 285X2 - ouch hurt something in my back doing these, pain lingered the rest of the workout 1-leg Smith Squats: bwX12, bwX12, bwX12 Stiff-Leg Deadlift: 145X6, 145X6, 145X5 Grip Training: 25lbs 10 min HIT Cardio Reactions Its been hard for me lately battling nagging injuries in my left elbow, right shoulder, and left knee. Now it looks like I may have tweaked my back. Awesome. I am glad that I got a couple bottles of Elastamine. I think it is starting to kick in. We'll see. As far as Clout, first time I took it, I got a cool tingling nootropic sensation in my head and with the calming effects from the rhodiola in Scorch I have been in a really nice mental zone with my workouts. Physically, I don't think the Clout is really kicking in yet. As far as Scorch, I get a nice calming pick-me-up, no heavy stimulation but nice thermogenic and mental effects. I also seem to be noticing some definite appettite suppression. If anyone has any questions or comments feel free to contribute. I hate when it feels like I am talking to myself

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Reptition Upper Body Bench Press: 205X4, 3, 4 (60s between sets) Rope Pushdowns: 130X12, 130X12, 130X10 Lat Pulldowns: 150X10, 160X7, 160X10, 160X10 Bradford Presses: 65X10, 75X10, 75X6 Cable Curls: 120X10, 130X10, 130X5 Reactions I don't like making excuses but my bench is in the trash partly because I changed up my grip (went wider). Everything else felt pretty good today, strength seems to be rising already. One thing I noticed today was that I was able to push myself pretty hard, but recovery between sets seemed nice. I also got the tingles from Clout that everyone talks about today. According to the bottle strength gains should start kicking in now. [/b]

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Maximum Effort Upper Body Bench Press: 225X5, 245X2 Incline DB: 70X10, 70X10, 70X10 T-Bar Rows: 160X15, 160X15, 160X15, 160X11 Bent Flys:20X10, 25X10, 25X10 Cardio- HI 20 mins Reactions: My body is changing; the fat is flying off while muscles still seem somewhat full despite being carb-depleted. After only 6 days I am definitely impressed with Scorch, but I still think its a bit early to say just how impressed I am with Clout. Still, energy, strength, and endurance are all up and my weight is already down a decent amount. I think I am going to wait till halfway through my bottle of Clout to give updated measurements etc. As far as my workout, popped a dose of Scorch beforehand as well as my Clout shake (1 heaping scoop of Clout plus a scoop and a half of Orange Cream Syntrax Matrix) and I was good to go. Like my last workout I was able to go with max effort and able to recover well between sets. I could have pushed my bench heavier but my gf was spotting me and I didn't want to risk death .

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Wednesday(3/29): put off leg day till tomorrow and did some cardio and flexibility type training today. bike/glide: 60 mins stretches Rotator Cuff work with bands and dumbells Reactions Well, I carbed up yesterday and as it stands it looks like I have dropped 3 lbs of weight while gaining strength so far. Soreness seems to be all but completely gone and I had nice endurance today during cardio. (everyone should be listening to Muse on their MP3 player for the record). Thursday (3/30) Due to work and various other time constraints my scheduled leg day had to be changed. Instead of following my regular workout I just did a couple of giant sets consisting of leg press, ext, and curl. I also added in a little calf- training and forearm static holds with the BB. I didn't really keep track of weights or reps, just tried to work the hell out of them and managed to get quite a nice pump. Nothing wrong with switching things up every now and again. Friday - Today (3/31) Bench: 205X7, 4, 5 Rope Pushdowns: 130X12, 130X12, 140X10 Lat Pulldowns: 160X10, 160X10, 160X8, 170X8 Bradfords!(just for Robboe): 75X10, 75X10, 80X7 Cables Curls: 130X10, 130X10 Reactions I felt like absolutely terrible today. Didn't sleep well, have had some GI troubles the past couple days, lower backs been cramping up, and even with my belly full of my Clout shake, my pre-WO shake, and enough water to wash down Scorch, Elastamine, fish oil, and a multi I weighed in at 254 (I even slightly cheated on my diet the night before). The weird thing is that my weights/reps all went up a very appriecable amount from last week. Once again I was able to bomb away and even though my mindset wasn't really right I guess I had a great workout by looking at my journal. Truly bizarre, but I am now convinced enough to give this stack especially Clout some heavy props. This stuff has been working pretty great for me already.

Unfortunately I seem to have some kind of distension there as well as just naturally having a wider waist. Best measurement I can remember having was 37'' when I was 17.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Monday (4/3) Bench Press: 245X2 Incline DB: 75X8, 75X8, 75X7 T-Bar Rows: 160X15, 160X15, 160X15, 160X15 Bent Flys: 25X10, 25X10, 25X10 Abs 13 min HIT Cardio Reactions Well, as I warned, I had a pretty good time saturday night. I hadn't seen everybody for around 4 months and realizing that most of my class that I came in with is graduating in a month and half (nostalgia anyone?), I tried to suck up as much of it as I could. I did actually get a few compliments on my added size, but as you can guess diet/lack of alcohol consumption went to hell until middle of sunday when I finished off the binge with french toast and coffee from Perkins. I apologize to anyone following if this effects my assesments of the products. One thing I did notice was a complete lack of hangover. From what I understand NAC works especially well for hangover preventions, so if anyone is planning on drinking while on these products I imagine this "feature" would be appreciated. As far as my workout today, it went fairly well. I was able to maintain intensity and either maintain or increase all lifts, which is pretty impressive when you take into account the probable slight lingering dehydration. Its not prohormones or anything of the like, but I feel healthy and am having very good results. I am planning on updating measurements tomorrow and possibly posting my progress pics, as its the official halfway point on my Clout.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Well guys I am sorry to post this, but the Clout hasn't been sitting well with my stomach and I have to discontinue it. JRod has said he will send me out the new formula when it comes out in around 3 weeks. After, I receive it I will start a new log. Which should actually be more relevant considering it is a new formula.

Overall, fairly disappointing, but Joey says the cause of the GI-distresses will be gone in the next version.
