Recipes: 1 Rep Power: 50 | S0p? So I just snagged a bottle of this today. This is my first hardcore fat burner. I used Ripped Fuel by TwinLabs for a short while but it didn't seem to do much. Here's a basic summary of the product, my stats and what I want to get out of this. ![]() Summary of product by BB.com What Does It Do? -Increases Stamina and Energy -Suppress Appetite -Increase calorie expenditure -Improve long term performance -Improve mental focus Me: Stats and Goals Morning Weight: 182.2 pounds Goal: 170 BF%: ~17% Goal: <12% by end of bottle I already have a training log you can access in my sig. I will post my diet here, and update my weight once a week. I also ordered an Omron HBF-306C which should get here by the end of the week. My last tested BF% was with one of these about a month ago at my gym. At the end of each week I am going to provide a summary of that weeks diet, my weight, my BF%, and any other comments, variables present which may have played a role in the outcome. I will take some pictures tonight and post the before/after photos at the end of the log. I will be shredded by the end of this log. Failure is not an option. ![]() LET'S GIT 'R' DONE!!!! ![]()

It's become a staple in my diet. Green tea - - - Had work 5-9, couldn't eat except for some of the product... I struggled to keep my eyes open. I took the Venom though and within a couple minutes.... I was WIDE AWAKE. I definitely felt the effects. Also, my appetite today was absolutely VORACIOUS. In terms of foods, today was a 9/10. Save for the Dippin' Dots, I did pretty damn good. As far as spacing... terrible. I hate work days... I'm gonna make not eating the ice cream a goal. And yes, normally eating at midnight is a terrible idea... but I'm going to be up for a good few more hours doing homework. Joy. I have a good feeling about Venom. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 32 | Aww man.. I'm glad I caught thys thread in it's beginnings... I'll tell ya, my job switched me from midnyght shift to evenings.. in a matter of two days... So, I ended up getting Venom 3.0 for the energy boost... (ended up switching to MHP's TakeOff because it's not an appetite suppressant) ... I'd take one Venom 3.0 in the morning and head out the door and I wouldn't need a soda or energy drink or anythyng for the rest of the day... That's some great stuff and I want to say that I hope it helps ya accomplish ya goals, but I'm SURE that it will... Great product and a great start to ya journal... Peace..~G

Diet was terrible. I feel like shit right now. I can't let this happen again, I don't wanna waste the whole bottle. On a good note, Venom was still the best pick-me-up I've ever had in the morning, and energy was constant throughout the day.

I got my Omron body fat analyzer in the mail today. I used it about a half hour after working out before I drank my PWO shake. It said I was 10.4%. I have a hard time believing that. I drank my shake, retested twice and it came up with 10.6%, 10.3% and then 10.4% again... It doesn't seem possible though, I'd say I'm a little higher up there. I'm going to check again tomorrow morning and see what it says, and call that measurement official. 10% would be niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice though. ![]() Venom is the shit lol.

I guess I have that - Your company is my friend, until you sell me crap - philosophy!! Keep what you got until you get what you need... in other words, don't be so hasty to quit, until ya got ya other job firmly in hand... A job at Vitamin World or GNC would be quite interesting... as you already have a firm grasp on what works and what doesn't work.. nothyng lyke a knowledgeable sales-rep... I hate getting stuff from a store and the employees look lyke they wouldn't know a barbell from a kre-alkalyn capsule... Great log man.. You guys gotta microwave in the area.. u may be better off packing your own lunch... Even a couple of peanut butter sandwiches or cottage cheese would be better than dipping dots... (if that's allowable in your diet.) Peace..~G
