Comments:

Great day. Took two caps just to see what would happen.

I've found that diet A&W Root Beer is a great tool when my sweet tooth starts to get out of control. Whenever I crave something sweet I just crack one of those open and it makes me feel full and tastes nice and sweet. But I still don't wanna overdo it. I'm limiting myself to 2 sodas per day. I did eat a brownie, but it was only a 1"x1" square, so it didn't hurt me hardly at all. Today was about 99% clean. I feel good about it.

Comments:

10 cals above maintenance, not too shabby.

Ate a little too much carbs, I don't know why but I was absolutely craving a yam right after I got done swimming.

Overall it was good. Protein above 40%, so I'm happy.

Comments:

The only bad parts were the spacing between meals 4 and 5 (went looking at houses) and the cake in the evening. Even though the cake was pretty low cal, it was mainly carbs and I went to bed a couple hours later.

Heyyyyyy everyone.

I haven't been eating well the past few days. I ran out of healthy food so I kinda just derailed. :/

I should be back on track tomorrow... aside from this morning's breakfast I've been eating clean all day. I'm gonna weigh myself tomorrow and I'll post everything then.

But hey I'm all stocked up now and good to go. I WILL GET SHREDDED!!!!

This morning I weighed 182.4 and measured at 10.8% BF. Not as bad as I thought it would be, but I still set myself back quite a bit.
