Comments: Great day. Took two caps just to see what would happen. I've found that diet A&W Root Beer is a great tool when my sweet tooth starts to get out of control. Whenever I crave something sweet I just crack one of those open and it makes me feel full and tastes nice and sweet. But I still don't wanna overdo it. I'm limiting myself to 2 sodas per day. I did eat a brownie, but it was only a 1"x1" square, so it didn't hurt me hardly at all. Today was about 99% clean. I feel good about it.

Even though the cake was pretty low cal, it was mainly carbs and I went to bed a couple hours later.
