Talking BIG DEEZEE'S X-Factor and CVM Extreme Log

THis is my first log on ironmass and I am pretty excited.

This is my second run at X-Factor. I started about a month ao and came down with the flu. I did 4 days of it and then I was sick. I am going to do a 46 day long then, unless anyonefrom molecular nutrition wants to send me a four day supply to make it a ful 50 day log.

STATS

23

Male

5'11"

280 lbs

I am going to be trying to gan some lean mass ormaintain whatI have and lose a little of the fat that I have. I want to be down to about 12% bf before I start to diet 20 weeks out from the NPC Ironman Illinois.

20 weeks outis July8th.

am at about 20% now. This will be a huge lose but I think that a proper diet will clear tat up on its own.

TRAINING

Sat-Chest/Biceps/ABS
Sun-Legs
Mon-Cardio for 60 min
Tue-Back/ABS
Wed-Shoulders/triceps
THur-Cardio for 60 min
Friday-off

I am a big fan of volume training. I am going to do about 16-20 total sets per bodypart at around 10-15 re range.

This has worked the best for me in the past and I hav had really good mass and strength gains with it.

I will post all my details when I am at my homecomputer. I am at the job.

I took my first dose today with my breakfast and my second with my lunch.

Yesterday was good. I started to train today witha chest and biceps workout.

I took X factor with my first meal and CVM Extreme about 25 minutes before I left for the gym.

The CVM gave me great pumps and i felt great today. I will keep you posted.

Day 2

I had a awesome day in the gym. This was the first day of CVM Extreme. I had the best pumps that I have had on a chest day in a long time. If this combination keeps working like this I will be very happy.

Chest /Biceps

Flat DB Press 75/100/100/105/105
Hammer Incline 90/180/270/270/270
Close Grip Bench 135/225/225/225
Machine Fly 130/180/190/200
Drop Set Machine Presses 3 total sets of 180/140/100

Machine Preacher as a warmup 70/70/70
Barbell Curl 85/95/105/105
Hammer Curl 65/70/75/75
Upper Cable Curl 40/50/50/50

3 sets of crunchs for 100 reps

All sets were no less than 8 reps and no more than 15 except for warmup.

I am going to hit legs tomarrow.

My start weight for this cycle is 284.8

Day 3
had another good day yesterday. I ate the same foods. as the day before. I went up in weight to 287. I am assuming it is alot of water. I have upped my intake alot since starting X-Factor. I hit the gym with a leg day, it went as follows.

Leg Press 450/540/720/810/900/990/1080 no less than 8 reps
leg extension set of 50 at 60 lbs
squats Deep 225/315/315/405/405
Stiff leg Deadlift 135/225/225/275
Leg Curl 140/150/150
Donkey Calf Raises 300/400/400

It was a great day in te gym. I was crazy tired when I was done and covered in sweat. All I wanted to do was sleep and eat.

Thats what I did. I ate some rice and Chicken about 45 minutes after my procomplex shake and some rice cakes post workout.

I did nothing the rest of the day. It was sunday and sunday's are ment for relaxation. my weight on day three was 287.

Monday I will be at work for 11 hours. It is a cardio day. I plan to hit the treadmill at a 5% incline for an hour at work. i sell treadmills for a living so can get away with doing my cardio at work in my down time. I will eat the same as I have been. The diet is not that hard for me, it is all the time pent cooking the food.

I feel that I spend more time cooking than I do eating.

I will update asap

Whats up everybody

My workouts have been crazy. Yesterday I did some cardio while I was at work I did a full hour on the treadmills at 6% down to 3% and then to flat every 20 minutes. I ate well except I drank some chocolate milk that was really full of fat.

My diet otherwise has been consistant for the past few days, lets see if I can keep it up for a while.

Today I added some lean steak into my diet rather than some chicken, Chicken gets pretty tastless sometimes. I also had some wheat pasta rather then brown rice. My calories are consistant at 4000-4300, and it is 40% carb, 40% protein, and 20% fat. This may change by one or two percentage points day to day.

Had a huge back day in the gym

Chins to failure for 3 sets
dUMBBELL rOWS 75/100/130/130/140
Lat Pull Hammer Machine 90/180/180/200/200
Wide Bar Low row 200/250/250
Dropset Close Grip High Row 3 sets of 180/130/90
Standing pullovers 50/60/60/60
Seated Calf 90/90/90 heavy isolation
Machine bicep curl drop sets to feel the burn 100/60/30 3 sets

3 sets of abs for 300 reps total

I had some great pumps today and I felt really good. I am feeling some crazy soreness in my legs, I have also fought off some light headaches. These are the only symptoms that I have related to X-Factor. I just have to remember that this is only week one and we have 6 more to go. I feel real good about everything right now.

HAPPY FAT TUESDAY, Have on for me

I will hit Shoulders and triceps tomarrow, later for now

The DOMS aren't that bad but I am getting a huge pump while training. The DOMS are the worst right when I wake up in the morning. Nothing a little Xtend can't take care of.

Cardio was only for 30 minutes today. Kind of an off day feeling rushed at work and tired. It was hard to get out of bed today.

I have an off day on friday's. I plan to chill at work and eat some chicken and rice all day. Boring food but it makes you big. You have to eat alot to grow. If you don't give your body the proper nutrition to grow it won't.

Week one review

I feel a nice back pump when I sit at work for a while. I am also seeing a little more acne than normal on my face, i don't know if it is X-Factor related or not.

No headaches today, but I am starving all day, definite hunger increase from X-Factor

After week 1 ending today I am pretty satisfied. I give it a 8 out of 10 for starters. I like the pumps and the soreness is good when your are training. I feel like I have leaned out a little bit in my chest and stomach. We will see what happens I have 6 weeks left.

Week 1 X-Factor

8 out of 10

The CVM Extreme is awesome. That is a 10 out of 10. The pumps are good with X-Factor. THe recovery from the CVM is good. The taste is not that bad. I helps me push hard through my workouts. It is a great addition to my program

As for now I will update when I am done training .

I hit the gym pretty hard last night. I had legs. I went in and felt kind of tired, it has been snowing all day here and it is kind of depressing because of the nice weather we were having. My workout turned ou to be pretty good. My weights went up on some lifts and in all it was better. My chest s nice and sore from the previous workout. Not as sore as most of the people taking X-Factor make it sound. I know that I am not eating or taking anything to hinder its effects.

Leg Press 450/540/820/910/900/990/1080/1125
Leg extension 3 sets of reps to get pump 55/60/60
power squats 315/405/405/495-8 reps
straight leg deadlift 225/275/275
Leg Curl 140/150/160
Donkey Calf raises 400/400/400

15 nimute treadmill cool down.

It was a goodday and I feel good. My legs are sore this morning.

I plan to hit the gauntlet for some cardio tonight. I have an hour to do after i get off of working a 10 hour day. Yeahh i love the gauntlet

sorry for the delay, I started to get sick at work on friday and it killed my whole weekend, especially my diet and training. I am feeling better but this is how the weekend went:

The sinus flu sucks but i fought it out for now.

I hit the gym saturday with chest and biceps.

It was good but not the best workout.

I went up in some lifts but not in others.

Chest and biceps
flat DB Press 80/100/110/115/120/125
Hammer Incline 225/315/315/315/335
Close grip bench 135/225/225/225
Machine Fly 140/190/200/210
Machine Flat Bench Drop set 180/130/90 2 sets

Machine warmup 70/75/75
Barbell Curl 85/105/125/145-cheat curls 4 last set
hammer curl 65/70/75/80
Upper cable curl 45/50/55/60

I also was low calories over this weekend because I was sick. I shouldn't of even went to the gym but it is hard not to.

Here is sunday's training,

I hit legs today and i felt better but not that great

Leg Press 450/540/820/910/990/1080/1170
Leg extension 3 sets of reps to get pump 60/60/60
power squats 315/495/495/585-8 reps
straight leg deadlift 225/275/275
Leg Curl 150/150/160
Donkey Calf raises 400/400/400

I felt nasty when I went home and ate what I could. It looks like I am down a couple pound since I started. That is ok buit I feel fuller and I still have size. So far X-Factor is keeping it's rep

I will post again tomarrow, it has been a long weekend.
