I train mostly for bodybuilding purposes but I do alot of compound movements and core exercises for playing hockey.

Hah

I try and play every sport which is stupid because it causes more of an injury for everything if I get hurt

But my main sports are Swimming, Football, Lacrosse, Boxing.

woot.

But of course I love playing Ultimate Frisbee
