^^^yeh, thats easiest way i can think of it. if you can do squats with 500 lbs on your back, imgaine how high you get off the ground with no weight.....thats why that Shane Oly lifter guy is 5'8'' 300 lbs and can dunk :bowed:

Box squats for Vertical Jump, sets of 2-4 reps.

Regulare squats wont do too much.

Power clean and high pulls will increase vertical, esp HP.

did you know that?

the shoulders contribute a greater percentage of power to the vertical jump than the quads do?
