Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | By Richo Some may know, alot will not know, but I am an aspiring sport trainer. One day in the future I will like to train athletes to reach their full-potential. As for myself, I enjoy training more than playing (it's true lol). The purpose of this thread is for me to write up training guides for sports such as football (all codes), wrestling, track and field, hockey, lacross, volleyball.... etc etc. These guides will be 100% Richonised. However, to make one thing clear, I do not have the same knowledge as some people on this board, as I am bascially self-teaching myself at the moment. So my guides will not be the best out there, but I am trying. Now if you see a problem with my guides, please pm me or post it here and we can discuss and maybe I can learn a thing or two. However... My last thread in this section pretty much died because lack of interest by other members. So here is what I will do, I will get the other members of the board to post up a sport they will like to see my construct a guide on. I will then construct the guide and post it here. Then after that, another member post another sport, and I will construct another guide etc etc and keep that going, just so I don't spend my hours writing guides for people who aren't going to even look at them lol So can a member post up a sport, and I will then get cracking

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | Hi I play rugby and I'm very happy with WS4SB 2. However my friend does karate and is interested in some sort of fitness program. His goals are to increse strength but not size, and become more flexible. He has a BARBELL, BOXING BAG, SKIPPING ROPE and DUMBBELLS. He does karate 3x a week. so there u go. |
