Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Hands down the best routine I have ever used. I am not a powerlifter, but the theory and results I have seen from it are awesome. I have done this and Max-OT and WS4SB II was better results for me. My legs are finally starting to grow a little. 'Bout time!! Check out elitefts.com if you are looking for more info as Joe posts on there and answers questions a lot more frequently on there than he does on his site. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | Also for those who get it, I believe FitTV is doing a show on DeFranco later this month or in November. Check out the FitTV site and look for the show being hosted by Gabrielle Reece. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | Part II is good, but it would be better to do drills JUST for your sport. Like me doing basketball drills will help my agility in football but not if i do agility drills made JUST for football. |
