Hands down the best routine I have ever used. I am not a powerlifter, but the theory and results I have seen from it are awesome. I have done this and Max-OT and WS4SB II was better results for me. My legs are finally starting to grow a little. 'Bout time!!

i dont know. either my form on DB rows but i went to the doctor and im 95% sure its my posture while sitting down.

but its better now and ill probably resume everything again 100% on monday. and most likely, i lose a bit of strength

yeh :p and i looked in the book again and im stupid. theres a certain section after stretches about mobility drills. in the things like walking over the hurdles and etc etc

Part II is good, but it would be better to do drills JUST for your sport. Like me doing basketball drills will help my agility in football but not if i do agility drills made JUST for football.

Those drills aren't quiet for exact sports. If you do the ones given in the WS4SB II program those would benefit ALL sports. Remember the program isn't just aimed for football.

Yeh, thats what im trying to say. its good for all sports, but if you want to get better at one sport, IMO its better to do drills just for the sport you need than to do things that are are good for all sports but less effective than drills specifically for a sport.

And what drills are these you speak of?

You mean ones with footballs when playing football, correct?

Or agility and speed stuff?

Because the agility and speed are good for all sports, there is no certain drill for certain sport.

no, i dont want to get technical. im saying in general..
like this...

lets say you want to get better at one sport, for example football

Drill A is given as an exercise for all sports and gives you a 40% increase speed in football (orwhatever sport you are training for)

Drill B is an exercises JUST for football and gives you a 60% increase in football or any other sport.

and the speed increases i just put as examples, none of these are real.

im saying i would use drills that give me the best help in

That is the whole benefit of that routine. It is a template and can be adjusted to whatever sport you need. For instance, DeFranco mentioned that for his wrestlers, he changes the ME exercise to pullups because the back is more involved than the chest in wrestling.
