I have done this and Max-OT and WS4SB II was better results for me. My legs are finally starting to grow a little. 'Bout time!! Check out elitefts.com if you are looking for more info as Joe posts on there and answers questions a lot more frequently on there than he does on his site. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 80 | Yeh, thats what im trying to say. its good for all sports, but if you want to get better at one sport, IMO its better to do drills just for the sport you need than to do things that are are good for all sports but less effective than drills specifically for a sport. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 80 | no, i dont want to get technical. im saying in general.. like this... lets say you want to get better at one sport, for example football Drill A is given as an exercise for all sports and gives you a 40% increase speed in football (orwhatever sport you are training for) Drill B is an exercises JUST for football and gives you a 60% increase in football or any other sport. and the speed increases i just put as examples, none of these are real. im saying i would use drills that give me the best help in hope i explained good. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 42 | That is the whole benefit of that routine. It is a template and can be adjusted to whatever sport you need. For instance, DeFranco mentioned that for his wrestlers, he changes the ME exercise to pullups because the back is more involved than the chest in wrestling. |
