Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 4 | I like II better because it incorporates Supersets so you can get an extra exercise or two in. DeFranco even says that 2 is an improvement over one with what he has seen in his athletes. |

Recipes: 2 Rep Power: 96 | You don't need to follow the plan exactly cause many have no equipment for the strongman events. If you play sports, the running should be used to help performance. Swimming is okay, not the best. If possible just do some sled dragging there. |
