| Pro Stature | I think that they should be done occasionally. I read somewhere that it isn't true that olympic lifts are more explosive...because you can make any lift explosive. And I personally don't do them always because I know for sure my form isn't 100% perfect because I was never taught them and I know if I go heavy, I'm going to most likely injure myself. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 26 | Olympic lifts are great at increasing strength and power, but on the downside they are extremely difficult to do even with proper form also they are extremely dnagerous. Personally I stay away from Olympic lifts but incorporate strength training in other various ways.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 414 | If you don't do olympic lifts (specifically the big three), you're not really lifting weights ![]() Cleans and the likes are debatable. I think there is a point when the movement becomes ''too compound''.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | I don't, but would like to use them. There are no coaches around to check my form and I would like to know if I'm doing them right. I think for sports training that they would be ideal for explosiveness. |

| Pro Stature | I always include a powerclean set into my workouts and deadlifts work great on core days. I do an occasional clean/jerk |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 26 | I always thought of the big three as powerlifting moves...not Olympic, but if thats the case than def. on Squats, Bench Press and Deadlifts but never of the snatches and jerks and cleans....I think its dumb training.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 361 | they arn't dumb. Olympic moves are exaclt that: olympic moves. They don't build mass like other moves, but they certainly increase quickness, agility and balance.
