Default The IronMass Sport's Training Guide

ok, we need everyone's input here.

ok, here is my idea

say we have got a blank athlete, who has average speed, power, strength, endurance, agility and such.

I want the memebers here, to help and use their input to come up with workouts, tips, hints, programs, mental training, everything to do with a athlete, as well as diet etc.

the thing is, this athlete isn't training for a partcular sport, he/she just wants to increase everyone.

so members, start posting workouts, tips, hints etc and in about a week, i will publish a article based on what everyone has posted.

p.s plz use your own knowledge and such. plz do not refer to other programs such as WSSB or anything like that because we are coming up with a whole new program/guide, the IronMass Sport's Training Guide, made by the members here and their knowledge, not some1 elses.

Why not post a workout, or a idea or tip or something???

lets start posting, because we want to train and mould this blank athlete to be the best he or she can be. but he/she wants to start asap, so lets start posting asap

Speed/Agility I like my plyometeric program. I'll dig that out sometime but aside from that I also like "Jump squats" find a platform which you can comfortably jump up to, but at the same time it shouldn't be a step onto it. Jump onto the platform do a squat (body weight obviously) jump off the platform. Do a squat. I time these in 2.5minutes/5 minute intervals. Its also good cardio.

A deadline because i'm going to take everything written and devise a article for IronMsass.

as for the 'depends on the condition', pretend its a blank athlete, if you get me. u can do wateva do it, u can improve wateva, take it through wateva training, etc etc

but if needed to, the deadline will be extended, but we'll see how we go in the 4-5days left
