Default How should i train for wrestling

What workouts can i do to maximize muscle gain while still stayin lean for wrestling so i will be more successful next season

Lots and lots of cardio.

I would guess that some type of circuit weight training would be best for a wrestler.

tons of cardio, as was said above, and on the opposite end of the aerobic spectrum, a good deal of highly intense (mathematical use) resistance training. Somewhere in the 70-95% 1rm region. Speed work may help as well... but your greatest asset will be cardiovascular endurance along with raw power. Utilize both, eat clean, and u'll be shredded.
