As there has been nothing posted about the Winter Olympics

that start on February 10th in Turin, Italy (and given that I will be watching it like a hawk), may I be permitted to post results (as they are announced) of the events?

If so, I would use the following format:

Number: (in chronological order)
Sport: (Example: Speed Skating)
Event: (Example: Men's 5,000m Short Track
Gold Medallist: (Example: Name of athlete, country)
Silver Medallist: ((Example: Name of athlete, country)
Bronze Medallist: (Example: Name of athlete, country)

and then at the end of each day's competition post a medals table accurate to that day?

That's par for the course. As I mentioned at the beginning, I would post the name of the event, the sport it is classed as, the winner, runner up and bronze medallist and a medal tally at the end of each day's competitions.

I know it might sound rather suprising (and I expect a few jaws to drop at this piece of news) but the answer is "Not that badly"

In the all time list of Winter Olympic medals, Australia ranks 22nd (beating the likes of Poland, Kazahstan, and New Zealand). They have scored 4 medals (two golds and two bronzes).
