which is more worth it
Brazilian JiuJitsu vs. KickBoxing

I am thinking about signing up . i cannot decide. basically its the same gym but have two programs . ...

here is what i am looking for:
*being able to handle myself in fights,
*gain alittle self esteem/ confidence
*turn my unfit body into a lean machine .

i stand at 190 6ft . i am strong but not lean, not fat /or muscular

I think you should choose the one that you would enjoy doing the most.

I would choose Kick Boxing.

i love kickboxing more too ... they offering the jiujitsu and the name sounds wicked cool

jiujitsu is pretty intense. I'd opt for kickboxing for sure, but that's just because I wrestled in highschool and didn't really like being on the ground much.
