I wish these big name hitters when they retire would just come clean. Everyone knows they use, so why continue to hide behind the lies?

Some people it is pretty obvious, mostly the batters. Very rarely can you visually look at a pitched and claim AAS use. Some of these guys have the God given talent of not only a great arm but being able to pitch season after season without major problems.

One pitched that does come to mind (Mr. Ryan, don't take this as offensive, still my favorite player of all time) is Nolan Ryan. God given talent to last that long? Or was it lab given talent? He's a pretty cool guy though. Watched him pitch a few games and met him at an autograph session. I was like 6 at the time.

Unusual size, or unusual talent, at odd times in the career.

Giants are my favorite team too... And I can agree with the teamates that you have put in that "steroid ring".

Going outside of the Giants... Pudge rodriguez is a user... He dropped "20 lbs" last year to be in the best shape of his life... had a sub-par year... It is funny that he dropped the weight after Jose said he was a user.

Still seems real sad to me. We all got scammed, and we loved it the whole time. Give me the days of skinny home run hitters. Guys built more like triathletes and less like linebackers.

Oh, and I forgot to mention Andres Gallarraga (sp?) earlier. Howard Johnson, Lenny Dykstra, Darren Daulton.....

What about Brady Anderson - you guys remember that? There's a guy who took something, but didn't bulk up, had his monster year, then wilted like last week's salad.

You know, I think Barry has disappointed alot of people with this. He claims he didn't go on the roids and then it's proven he did. Let's face it, if you did them, you might as well fess up to it, because they will catch you eventually.
