so im not sure how many people here watch ufc but im assuming quite a few. the link im going to post is of a guy who is going to have his debut fight in the UFC in febuary. just watch the highlights.... its amazing. this dude is insane. enjoy

i think that just about anyone who trains seriously could use those videos for motivation to train for power. i know i do

is it just me or does he seem very small for how strong he is? i know most people train for size but i wouldnt mind being the dude that everyone underestimates

Yep, CroCop is the man. I have been watching Pride and UFC for years (before it became popular). Watch out heavyweight division, Crocop is comin' for the belt.

Anyone hear the big news? Randy "The Natural" Couture is coming out of retirement in March. He has signed a 4 fight deal for the UFC. He is slated to fight Tim " The Maniac" Sylvia, current heavyweight champion for the belt in March. Yeah, baby!

I love ufc and gabriel gonzaga, the guy who is going to fight for the heavyweight title against couture, lives in my town and i see him everyday when i walk by the place he trains.

UFC 73 is around the corner they got Anderson "The Spider" Silva squaring off with Nate Marquardt, Silva will be defending his MW title. The winner goes to Rich Franklin.

The real brawl is LW title holder Sean Sherk facing Hermes Franca, these two are about evenly matched in hitting power and ground attack, shpuld be a real war here.

Also reputed vet Tito Ortiz makes a come back against strong and powerful Rashad Evans. Should be good. :mango:

Sherk and Franca will be a great fight.

If Tito gets Evans down on the ground and keeps him there it will be a ground and pound victory for Tito.
