Recommendations For Supplements

Well I won the $100...but I have no idea what to get. The only things I've tried are protein and creatine. I've never been big on supplements, so I welcome any recommendations you have. Thanks guys

165lbs
Looking primarily for strength gains with hypertrophy coming in a close second

Go for the antioxidants and stock up on some basics you will need.

I agree. If I had 100 bucks of free suplements, the majority would go on whey protein concentrate, and the rest would be on a few months supply of multi vitamins and fish oil.

I'd go with the XTend $49.99, NO-Xplode CEM3 $33.99, and some yummy Mega Milk for $31.99. Ya it's a bit more then $100 but throw in a few bucks for a great combo.
