Default What a realistic BF% drop over a week?

I always see poeple talking about you can safely lose 1 or 2 lbs of fat each week, but I don't *think* I've ever seen anyone talk about a realistic bf% drop over a week....

So... I ask... .5%? Less? More?

It really depends on your diet training and experience. A "safe" and "moderately fast" rate would be 1% a month. So .25% per week.

I know what you're thinking: 1% a month? That is slow as hell! Think of it this way, that's 20% bodyfat to 8% bodyfat in one year.... which is acceptable progress imho.

Speaking of bf%, I've been using some 3 spot bf test, but recently found a 9 spot I think? well its more then 3 anyways, and my bf% was lower in that one then it was in the 3 spot

What do you guys use for bf calculators if any...
