Default What may be the reason?

A year ago I have changed my nutrition. Now I am suffering from flatulence. What may be the reason?

changed your diet from what to what?

#1 reason most of us in the gym will get gas is protein shakes being too high of a portion of our total diet.

Thanks for your response Drew1200 i think the reason you have mentioned above is just like as i think about it.Can you define some other reasons of it and some recommendation to prevent from it.

clarke there are a lot of possible reasons for the gas, one could be just a higher daily protein content can give some people gas, and also the type of protein your taking, if i take in too much egg protein then i get bad gas, and too much milk will do it also. Are you lactose intolerant? that is usually a good reason people's stomach get gassy.
