Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 30 | Thanks Jayhawk and everyone. When I re-read EME's post I realized that it was an updated version and that he's using Venom now. Sometimes the obvious just passes right by me. I just read the first part and assumed it was one of his older posts. I've had great results with my ECA Stack and like to stick with something when I find that it works. But now that Primatene and VasoPro have stopped selling it, it's just become a pain to find. Besides, once they started putting it in blister packs it tripled in price. I'm sure all the meth heads were crying over *that* one. ![]() Sounds like Venom is the obvious winner. I already use t-3 with my ECA. When you guys stack t-3 and Venom do you recommend just using recommended (on the package) dosages for both? Thanks, *R*

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 44 | I always followed the doses for the venom on the label. I don't think I ever bumped over 75mcg on the t3 and went down to 50mcg because of the fat coming off too fast. I was afraid i was losing muscle as well and didn't want to risk it.

| New Member | Ok, I am trying to get back in shape. But sadly every time I get to my goal weight I seem to push to hard and find a new way to hurt myself. I have gone from 220 to 180 three times now, but this time I am going to take it slow (walking, light weights, good diet, etc.). i am trying to find a good combo to rid myself of my gut, taking it slow is taking to long to lose the gut. Any suggestions befor I start pushing myself more and inevitably hurt myself. |

| New Member | I am 6'-0" 210lbs, 27 years old. I hurt my legs when I was younger so high impact makes my knees and ankles feel very painful. And somewhere along the line i screwed my neck over, still seeing the doc about that one. Not much pain left but it comes back now and again. I had worked out for about two years (23-25) pretty good, but then things started falling apart. I started out at a ladies step class for a little less than two years. (laugh if you want to, but thats amazing cardio) Did weight training on my Bowflex, looked great felt better. Did the step class and weight training three times a week, Monday Wednesday Friday. Tuesdays and Thursdays I would go bike riding, walking, play basketball, or swim. Whatever I could find to keep me busy. Right know I am walking and lifting a small amount of weights, testing my body to see if it can take the stress. As far as a diet, I have never been good at that. So I just slowly cut out the things I know are not good for me, soda, fast food, candy, ect. till I feel I am at a good point of compramise. I want to get back down to 180 with good muscle mass. I will keep pushing myself till I get back to being as active as I once was, just need some motivation and seeing some fat burn off usually does the trick |
