Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | I am six feet tall and 228 pounds right now. Currently i work on traps chest and tri's and run a mile. back and bi's and a mile on tuesdays. I do 3 miles on wednsdays, thursdays are legs and i walk 2 miles. friday and saturday i run. and sunday i take off. Then i repeat the workout weekly. what should i do diffrently as a routine and could i have a meal plan for that routine to basically get cut up. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | Here's some old diets I've made that've worked. For you I'd recommend around 2400kcal and 40/40/20 (carb/protein/fat). Stick with something like that till you're around 12% bodyfat.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 0 | this isn't for me its for my friend basically he is a beginner at lifting and has a bad diet i want to put him on 6 meals a day and a good workout plan for losing weight (mainly fat not muscle). He does not eat clean (good whole foods). Also what supplements should i have him take i was thinking some protein and some glutamine. and what kind of routine should he be on for lifting |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 207 | I'd suggest taking a look at the stickies in the training and nutrition forums to start. They have a lot of information that you can use to build a new training program and a better diet for your "friend." Lots of good info in them though, check them out and ask if you have questions!
