| Amateur | my apologies guys seriously i always post on here for myself but the bad thing is when i see something to answer for you guys im dead out of luck you guys went beyond my answer and well there went a post and familiarization for me :p But This summer im devoting myself to Weight loss strict weight loss... dont really care how it happens... my reasons beyond this is because if it dont show any drop I will probly give up because my earlier posts ive done weight loss this weight loss that... well i posted when i was 15.. 340lbs 6'2'' well now im 16 345-350lbs and 6'2'' and well im just sick of it... i have no problem being big.. but i have a big problem with not keeping with it =( So ima try something new... haveing one of these journals im not keeping a food diary or nothing cuz i dont kno if i'll eat, i dont eat unless im hungry.. and if im in the middle of something even watching a movie i wont eat and it will go away and i'll forget about it ( i apologize for this i know its not good) Sooo its 1:24am and well im gonna go workout tomarrow and get my cardio in and start my routine so hopefully i will be here everyday posting what i did... i usually try and get half hour on bike and since im not going for muscle i'll probly hit the weights light everyday so that im not sore just still getting something out of it and as soon as these guys clean this pool i'll be swimming for 2 hours every mornin =) so hope to hear about your thoughts and questions

| Amateur | Morning routine went well... Woke up at 10:30 and Did the bike for 5 miles... Benched 2 sets of 135lbs curled 2 sets 25's and 35's calf raised 270lbs for 2 sets sat in sauna then did the half hour walk home =) est. time working out + cardio = 2 hrs

| Amateur | another morning routine gone well althought went at 3 o'clock instead of in the morning went in afternoon did my 5 miles on bike using HIIT 1mile - resistance max 1.5 mile - resistance half of maxe Water break 1.5 mile - resistance max 1mile cooldown - Half of max resistance

| Amateur | me too =)) fridays cardio / workout was delayed my uncles comin to take us out to eat... at cici's good thing they serve salads there =) and then taken us to a movie... good thing the gym i go to stays open to 9:30 :p i can see some changes in me and some guys i see at the gym alot they say im slimin down... and my pants waists are gettin to big for me.. and i need to put a new hole in my belt again for the third time lol ugh ![]()

| Amateur | ughh... somethings wrong with my back it hurts like hell to move it i dont know what it is... my buddy thinks its a pinched nerve??? not sure it aint like a pulled muscle or im sore it just hurts horribly bad when i move so hopefully when this clears my cardio will be back on track

| Amateur | Well Guys im back on track and have done my routine mon/tues so far... and have a update on my weight... i was 350+ but now im about 341.5 so hey ive lost over 10lbs :p in a week and 1 day... gonna keep goin also so hopefully by school starts im a lil more toned/ and hopefully by senior pixs im all bulked out lol but yeah... i got about 11 months till senior pix 1 1/2 months until school starts so im on a roll 8 weeks = 80lbs if i keep goin at this rate

| Amateur | Well i went to go get cordosone shots in my feet for my plantar facilitis :p and they weighed me in at 341.1 and b4 i started i weighed over 350 so im thinkin 10lbs in a week and 1 day of exerize that consists of riding a bike for 5 miles a day isnt that flippin bad

| Amateur | Its horrible... i hate it... it sux because i cant do anything like work... i gotta borrow Well take... the only time i got money was from doing school work lol =) but since i got the shots they feel alittle better and im still gonna go for the weight loss ive lost 3/4 of teh chin :P i can start to see a chin lmao... so hopefully loseing 6-10lbs a week will kick ass
