Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 214 | Turbulence training is basically just supersets and interval cardio. Nothing really spectacular. A sample workout would be like this: Chest and back - dumbbell press superset with bent over rows - incline dumbbell press superset with wide grip pulldowns - seated cable rows superset with cable crossovers This would be followed by interval cardio along the lines of 1 minute cruising/30 seconds max effort alternating for a total of 15-20 minutes. I think the important thing would be for you to tell us your fitness level and experience; its likely that we can put together something better than turbulence training for you.
