| Pro Stature | TCD or TKD worked great for me when I was cutting. I had a Squat day monday, Bench day wednesday, and Deadlift day on friday. My carb up day was monday mornings. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | I've never done TCD but I've done CKD more than twice. No carb days typically consist of meals that look like: 4 eggs and an oz of hard cheese, or 5oz chicken breast and 3tblspn olive oil. Carb up meals are more along the lines of: 2 Bagels and a chicken breast :eat:

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | I should mention that on no carb days I still eat 2-3 cups of green fibrous veggies like broccoli, zuchini or spinach.
