Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | Suicide sprints are a basketball drill that (from what I understand) all basketball players do. You start at one end of the basket ball court, and you sprint 1/4 of the way. Then you sprint back. Then you sprint half of the way, then you sprint back, then you sprint 3/4 of the way, then you sprint back, etc.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Why not just do regular sprints? All the going back and forth stuff doesn't make much sense if your goal is fat loss and you aren't actually training for basketball as the drill is designed to build one's ability to quickly change direction. I guess if this way is more fun... why not. If you do the drill, I'd say it would be best to do max exertion sprints on the way down the court and jog back at a moderate pace, that way its HIIT.
